About: I have always wanted to look after animals since I was a kid. My husband and I fostered rescue dogs in Alberta to help get adopted. I have also cared for a variety of small caged animals over the years. As your house sitter, I will be present in your home for the entire duration of the stay. This is great if your pup does not like to be left alone. I am able to administer simple medications if needed. I am also able to care for small caged animals in my own home and we can discuss this arrangement if you are needing this service. House/pet sitting is my priority. When you hire me, I will not need to leave your residence for other employment. This is great if your pup does not like to be left alone. I will care for your pets following the daily routine that you have already established for them. If the pets are used to a morning walk then I will take them on a morning walk if that is preferred. If your pets are happy to simply play in their yard while you are away I would be happy to do that as well. I usually like to arrange a short meet and greet prior to the first overnight stay to familiarize myself with your pets and their home.

About: I bring a calm-confident energy that pets instantly respond to. I am experienced in basic training, housebreaking, administering meds, and I pay close attention to each pet's unique needs and personality. I treat every animal like family, offering structure, affection and lots of play! I am here to provide consistent, loving care you can count on for your furry loved ones. I currently am working part-time, one day a week for 24 hours. (Tuesdays) I have plenty of time to look after your pets whether that is pee breaks, exercise, litter cleans, med administration - I am available! I’m super active and love taking dogs for long, energizing walks or even runs if they’re up for it. Whether your pup needs a solid workout or just gentle company, I’ll tailor the outing to their needs. Plus I’m happy to brush, clean up, and give them all the love they deserve. I’m a student currently off for the summer with a totally open schedule. I don’t have any pets of my own right now, so I’m looking for creative and fun ways to spend time with the creatures I love. Whether it’s walks, play, or just hanging out, I’m happy to give your pet the time and attention they deserve. I have a car and can easily drive to nearby dog parks for some safe off-leash fun, or I’m happy to walk your dog on leash around your neighborhood or in any enclosed area. I’m also more than happy to play with your dog in your fenced yard. Your pet’s safety and comfort always comes first.

About: I grew up loving dogs from the start. I always made friends with neighbours, friends, and family members’ dogs and hardly met one with which I didn’t get along. My family had multiple dogs since I was a pre-teen and always loved being the one to take them on walks and go on adventures with them. As an adult with my own home, I have my dog-ter Marcie, and have cared for a foster, as well as babysat a couple of friends’ dogs to boot. Message me if you would like to arrange a meet & greet ahead of any walks or drop-ins so your dog doesn’t think I’m an invader! Currently I have an open availability since I am in a transition period, and can take on numerous activities. I am not officially available Sundays but can consider a request. I am flexible in accommodation for different pets, and will be able to adapt to specific care instructions with which I may be provided. At my own home, I have a small fenced yard but a large open field outside my gate great for dog play. I also have a medium-sized crate available should one be needed. I would largely exclude my won dog from walks with dogs on rover unless they met in a safe environment first to ensure comparability.

About: I've been taking care of animals since I was 12. Growing up we had cats and dogs and it was my job in the family to walk our family's dogs. I've cared for puppies (including providing puppy training) and senior dogs. I'm happy to go for multi kilometer hikes, throw frisbees/balls in a field, or just cuddle on the couch. I also have experience looking after dogs with a variety of health issues and looking after their special needs (blindness, special diets etc). I currently work from home 4 out of the 5 days and my schedule is 8-4:30. During lunch or after work I am available to go for walks or check in as needed. On the weekends I have even more freedom for longer walks/hikes and time together. I do have 3 children (aged 5-13) every other week so the dog would have to be kid friendly for those weeks. My kiddos have been raised with dogs and would be extra friends for them to play with! I will care for the pets like they are my own. I currently have a senior pug named Hank and he spends most of his days sleeping so it would be great for him to meet new friends as well. Our daily routine would likely include letting them outside, feeding, going for walks/playing with dog toys, snuggling and unless the pet is crate trained, I would likely make them a bed for nighttime.

About: Hi my name is Michelle I love dogs and cats. I have a lovely girl named Nala (Havanese) and another Marley (Multipoo) and a little kitty named Rainy. My home is very warm caring and calm so life here is chill and cozy and there are treats so a fun environment. Unfortunately I cannot take any dogs with unpredictable aggression also please make sure you're dog is healthy and up to date with shots and definitely potty trained and I can provide a fun stay for your pet! Hi I have a townhouse with a nice back yard for chilling, I have a little pen for kitty to go outside safely for fresh air and also the main sundeck tent. For Dogs it is chill time and walks with my two small dogs Marley and Nala a Havanese and Multipoo -like a little pack. I would love to care for your little one too. I work short shifts but typically will take pet care when I am home for that time period so I am here, If in your home and I am dropping in I will follow all instructions and ensure your little one is feeling loved and secure. In my home I offer a nice calm environment for one or two more friends to join me for pet care periods! The home is safe and I will be enjoy taking care of your Baby

About: Many family and friends have trusted me to watch their furry friends over the years. I own my dog that has many allergies and medication so Im very well equipped to handle furry friends that need that little extra attention I just finished my 3rd year in college and using this as my daily job right now, so my schedule is very open and flexible I have a fenced yard and my own dog is create trained. I like to take my dog on walks multiple times a day as well as do little brain games for my pets. For clients I tend to travel to their location as I don't bring my clients pets to my house.

About: I’ve been around dogs all my life, feeding twice to three times a day, taking them on walks and hikes. I often take care of my neighbors dogs i only work part time, and am trying to get into the gig of taking care of animals as love them and am trying to save for school! I have no school till 2025 September so im free all day for now! I have never and would never harmed an animal in my life, i am such an animal person and am very easily connected with any animals.

About: I was a professional pet care provider for 2 years and have done it freelance on and off for the past 5 years. I have worked with a wide variety of pets including reptiles and birds. I’ve trained puppies and mature dogs and have battled the litter box countless times. I have always been a face that pets have trusted and warmed up to right away, even the most aggressive and timid dogs have cuddled up to me in a very short time period and some have even trusted me to train them to do tricks. Guess it’s my wild soul they see in me? I have administered medication and ointments as well. I also speak cat and dog very fluently I work from home so I am very flexible with my schedule and can do my work anywhere I want so that makes pet care very easy to fit around my work life I walk the perimeter of the yard and make sure gates are latched before the dog is let out and I stay in the yard with them when they are let out (for safety supervision and outdoor playtime). And if no yard is present then they are on leash at all times and I make sure their collar or harness is secure before attaching the leash
