“Catherine is a caring and patient sitter. I have a shy cat who wouldn’t come out to visitors until they spend half a day around him. Catherine was able to help him come out of his shell after two visits. Her love, patience and expertise are much appreciated! I came home with a healthy and happy cat. I would definitely recommend her to other pet parents, especially those with shy pets.”

About: I've had a lifetime of loving and raising dogs. From the chaotic puppy years to our sweet seniors. Experienced with dog walks, giving medication, and senior needs. I have experience with 'Frenchies', a breed with their own rules 😀 and I'm an expert in cuddles. My goal is simple: to make your dog so comfortable, they won’t even notice you’re gone. With patience, play, cuddles, and consistency, I treat every fur baby like family. Because to me, they are. 🩵 Now that I have an empty nest, my heart is still full and ready to share the unconditional love that only dogs can inspire. My schedule is quite flexible and I'm open to discussing your scheduling needs, and your pets needs. I have a large pet friendly home with a large fenced in back yard. Pets are free to roam in our home and check out all the new smells to make them feel more at home. I allow pets on furniture & beds, as long as this is routine in your home also. I also supply food bowls, and pet beds, no need to worry, I've got you covered. I sometimes have my fur grandbabies here for occasional visits. They are both very well behaved and good with other dogs.

“I naturally liked Natasha right from the start and my shy dogs were automatically drawn to her. She was very reliable, responsible, understood my concerns, and followed instructions perfectly. I was able to relax knowing my dogs were well taken care of and secure. Finding Natasha was such a blessing!”

“Nicole provides EXCELLENT CARE and SERVICE, A++!! We had her visit three consecutive times, including two 1-hour visits for our three dogs last wknd. Our dogs each have their own needs and Nicole expertly tended to all with ease, based on DM correspondence and the Rover Cards. Oh, lemme back up, I corresponded much with Nicole prior to booking so that best outcome outcome could be had by all. Nicole sounded VERY EXPERIENCED, DETAILED, and EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL with a PASSION for CARE in our dogs needs during our absence. She remembered everything with ease, and with the varying needs of our pets and having not yet met them, I was VERY IMPRESSED. There was a meet and greet (I was not present but had been told the meet when great and Nicole was exactly the same in person as she was over DM). I wrote a detailed listed of expected behaviours during feedings and playtime of each dog for Nicole. Our 13.5 year old has food aggression, is on oral medication via syringe, and has mobility/neurological issues. Our 2.5 year old is vertically challenged so he's not always known to win the play fights with the newer 7 month old puppy twice his height. Puppy is a recovering nipper. All dogs looked great in the many pictures we received with each Rover Card. I was smiling ear to ear as I looked over and read everything. The things Nicole wrote in the Rover Cards, it was clearly evident she paid avid attention to our dogs during her visits. What shocked me the most: when we got home, the dogs were not bouncing off the walls! They seems relaxed and happy. Coming home to pick up where she left of with them was a breeze! Nicole, we thank you so much for the care and attention you gave our babies! We will eagerly book you again!”

“Jackie checked-in on my cat Luna over the weekend. She was very fast to communicate with and did a great job giving her wet food and refreshing her water. Thanks so much for the peace-of-mind!”

“Our second time having Kiana care for our three cats. She is great and our cats definitely love her especially Tucker who bonded with her right away. We would recommend her to anyone!”

About: I’ve mostly taken care of cats my whole life, but I always interact with dogs. I’ve learned to be patient and calm around animals with the help of cats. Cannot wait to apply my skills and learn more as I meet new fur babies. Currently job seeking, but I plan to continue pet care long-term. As for my availability, all week from morning to evenings to grow and make memories. I have security cameras installed to keep all fur babies safe. Being attentive to behaviours, paying attention to the little things and setting healthy boundaries.

About: I've had family dogs, found my cat in my backyard, and have rescued countless animals (mostly dogs, some raccoons, birds, and cats). Worked on a dairy farm for 5 years where I got a lot of varied experience with all kinds of different animals. I've trained a few puppies and have taken care of many special-needs animals (usually dogs). I work remotely and make my own schedule! I wake up early and go for a run every day so early morning care is also no problem. My services: house sitting where I can come stay at your house during an extended leave so the animals feel safe and comfortable in their own environment, check-ins and / or walks for animals that are comfortable being left alone in their own homes for some hours on end but don't require me to stay overnight or for long periods of time, and doggy day-care which is ideal for the younger or senior animals that might have special needs or attention requirements such as puppies that need supervision. Having worked on a farm I am an excellent protector of animals, particularly if they are under my care. I'm also quite fit and love the outdoors so spending time with your fur babies outside is an absolute joy! Regular check-ins to make sure they don't get stressed out, and quality time spent with them so they have the companionship they need!

“Karen was great with my dog. At 60lbs he can be a bit of a handful and is pretty high energy, but I felt very comfortable leaving him with Karen. Would definitely recommend Karen to anyone looking for someone they can trust to care for their pet”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 15 years, including my own two pups with very different needs. I have hands-on experience supporting dogs through medical conditions, including helping my first dog through cancer treatment and post-surgery care. I’m also comfortable administering medications and following detailed care instructions from vets. I have extensive experience with senior dogs, providing the patience, support, and comfort they need. On the other end of the spectrum, my current dog is high-energy and requires a lot of mental and physical stimulation, so I’m well-versed in creating enriching activities and structured routines. Additionally, I have experience with reactive and fear-reactive dogs, including reactivity toward fast-moving objects, children, and other dogs. I understand how to approach these situations calmly and safely to keep everyone comfortable. I’m also familiar with certain e-collars and am open to discussing their use with pet parents if needed. My top priority is always to ensure that your pet feels safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine! I work from home on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, which gives me extra flexibility for drop-in visits and walks. On those days, I’m available early mornings (before 8 a.m.), during my lunch break (12–2 p.m.), and after 4 p.m. On Mondays and Wednesdays, I offer evening walks. Weekends vary depending on my schedule, but I keep my calendar up to date so you’ll always know when I’m available. I’m happy to accommodate different schedules whenever possible! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. During drop-in visits, I follow your routine closely—whether that’s feeding, playing, giving medication, or providing potty breaks—so your pet feels secure and cared for in their own space. For walks, I always use secure leashes or harnesses, avoid unsafe areas, and keep a close eye on your dog’s behavior and energy. I’m also experienced with reactive dogs and know how to create calm, positive walking experiences. I treat your home and your pet with respect, as if they were my own.
