About: I'm all about matching your pet's energy. Whether this means just hanging out in a warm sun patch for some scratches, heading to the park for some sniffs or going out for a full day hike, you can count me in. I grew up with both cats and dogs so I know first hand how important they are as members of the family. I have a flexible schedule, so I can easily fit in walks, visits, or overnight stays during the week. I'm always open to having more pet time in my day-to-day. While I can't offer petting sitting in my own home, I do own a vehicle that allows me to easily get to yours or transport pets if needed. I’m respectful of your space and your pet’s needs, and I always make sure they get plenty of exercise, playtime, and love. I'm happy to share as many updates and photos of your pet as you'd like throughout my visit.

About: I grew up with dogs as family members. We had 13 dogs in total when I was just 10yrs old and since then been enjoying life with my own fur babies 💕 Since moving to Canada, I’ve been missing my babies and would love to give some love and attention to your babies while I wait for my own babies 💕 I spend as much time as I can playing and feeding them, making sure they have everything they need. I walk them regularly to help them exercise.

About: I've taken care of animals of all kinds for many years. Friends, family members, and neighbours have always trusted me to walk, feed, and give lots of attention to their pets while they are away. I have trained my own dogs as puppies, and have lots of experience working with with reactive/medically complex dogs. I am currently a full time University student. This leaves me with lots of time in between classes and at the end of the day to spend time with your animals! I prioritize each pet’s safety, comfort, and routine while caring for them in their home. I follow their usual schedule for feeding, walks, and playtime to reduce stress and maintain consistency. I take extra care to ensure their environment remains clean and secure, and I’m experienced in administering medications for pets with medical needs. My goal is to provide attentive, trustworthy care so both pets and owners feel at ease while apart!

About: I've been an animal care attendant at the BCSPCA for the past two years and before that, I was an animal care expert at Bosley's! I've completed all required course work for those positions and meet the SPCA and Pet Valu's knowledge and care standards. My schedule is a bit random, but I'm flexible and have no problem moving things around! I babysit occasionally and cover people at the SPCA when the need arises. If you have a backyard, it's preferably fenced and your dog has updated vaccinations and identification tags. Besides that, I'd appreciate a descriptive outline of the tasks expected of me and any behavioural quirks about your pets I should know about!

About: Availability: Currently available evenings, weekends and holidays! I am looking for a fun way to get out and get active while connecting with new people and their pets! I have a dog who I adopted 8 years ago (a Miniature American Eskimo) and a cat (domestic short hair) that is 16 years old. I also have a 4 year old son so, I am looking to get out and get active and take him with me on dog walks :). I am very patient, kind and understanding of pets needs and I look forward to meeting your fur family:) I know what it's like to try and find the right fit when it comes to your pets needs and hoping to provide a service I would expect to receive if the roles were reversed :) My pets are a major part of my life and I incorporate them in everything I possibly can! I expect to do the same with your pets when they're in my care. I take my dog, Bentley, for walks, hikes, swimming, camping and any adventures I think he'd like! In my home I make sure the environment is safe (as I do have a small child at home as well), that there is space to play, relax and have quiet time and for them to come along on adventures. I never leave my dog unattended for long periods of time and I would do the same for your dog. Saftey and happiness are my number one priorities.

About: I’ve been an avid dog lover ever since I was a teenager when my family got our first dog, an adorable Bichon-shitzu named “Jazz.” I cared for her deeply, watching her age from a little pup to a creaky old senior dog. She has since moved on and I miss her dearly. Since moving out, and across the country multiple times, the opportunity to get a dog of my own has eluded me. That’s why I’d love to spend some quality time with, and take care of, your special dog friend, scratch that itch so to speak. During the summer (July and August) I’m free seven days a week and then in the fall I resume teaching so my schedule becomes limited to weekday mornings and evenings as well as weekends. I live right on an excellent walking route in the city which will make walks a breeze. It also has lovely bike lanes which makes it very easy for me to get around town quickly in order to provide walks or check ins, anything your dog might need really!
