About: Ever since I was a kid I discovered how amazing animals are and so being raised at a farm, I developed a strong bond with animals. My love for them has no borders and I don’t treat them as pets, I treat them as family. Along the way, I have been able to build a small but beautiful series of experiences as daycares, going for a walk with them, feed them, etc. My experience includes small and large animals from common to « special » needs. Including chickens, sheep, dogs, cats, fish, snakes, lizards, birds, bugs and even a crab. I work 5:30am to 15:00pm except for Wednesdays and Sundays. However I can always accommodate my schedule accordingly. And of course responding to the parents demands. Im very flexible As a university student I always do extra research on the specifics of each individual animal to make sure they feel like home and satisfying their and their parents needs.

About: I’ve cared for animals my entire life and have experience with dogs and cats of different ages, needs, and personalities. I grew up with two family dogs who taught me a lot about attentive and compassionate pet care. My first dog, Charlotte, the world’s cutest Eurasier, developed arthritis and age-related health issues later in life. I adapted her care by adjusting her walks, giving daily medication (both pills and liquid syringe), monitoring her mobility, and encouraging her to eat when her appetite fluctuated. Although hard to see her go through this ant first, it taught me patience and how to support, love, and care for senior pets with gentleness and consistency. My second dog is a rescued boxer (named Chilaquiles after my favourite food haha) who arrived with a severe ear infection caused by improper aftercare from ear cropping. We helped treat his ears by cleaning and applying medication, keeping him calm and comfortable despite his discomfort. Over time, he regained full health, and today he is a very active, happy adult who gets a lot of exercise. In Montreal, I’ve also cat-sat for two cats (Miso and Morty) for several weeks while their owner was away. I handled feeding, litter cleaning, playtime, and companionship. I currently live with a young, energetic cat named Pip, my roommates and I care for him equally, we all feed him, play with him and brush him. However I’m the one who cuts his nails… so he’s not always super excited to see me coming with clippers on my hands. I treat every animal with the same love, patience, and respect I give my own. I currently have a lot of time to take on a lot of pet caring services, I graduated recently from university and I have been looking for employment in my field for a couple of months. So in the meantime I thought pet sitting / house sitting would be a great way to occupy some of this time at my disposal while putting to use my skills and the love I have for all these furry creatures. I am someone who is easily adaptable, whether you need someone early in the morning, late at night, or to sleep over, I will always do my best to accommodate to your needs and schedule. Whether I’m caring for a pet in my home or in a client’s home, my priority is always creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment. Especially because I know some pets get uneasy with change and new people. In a client’s home, I follow their routine closely so the pet feels secure. I make sure doors and windows are properly closed, keep hazardous items out of reach, and follow any rules around feeding, walks, crate use, or special areas the pet is allowed or not allowed in. Because eat the end of the day no one knows how to care for their pets as good as their owners. I always check that collars, leashes, and harnesses are properly fitted before going outside, and I never let pets near anything unsafe (cleaning products, open balconies, food on the floor, small objects, weird plants, etc.). I stay very attentive to their behaviour so I can prevent stress, accidents, or escape attempts. In my home, I provide a pet-safe environment with no accessible toxic plants or foods, and I ensure all windows and balcony doors are secure. I create a designated safe space with comfy bedding, toys, and fresh water, and I separate pets as needed during feeding times or quiet time. I supervise interactions closely, especially during play or when a pet is new to the space. I’m also comfortable following crate routines if an owner prefers it.

About: I’ve always had animals in my life! I grew up on a small far, and dogs and cats have been part of my world ever since. I stopped having my own pets when I started traveling, but I now care for the pets of many of my friends and I love it. I’m an early riser and an active person who enjoys creating a routine so animals feel safe and happy. I easily adapt to each pet’s unique personality, whether they’re playful, shy, or full of energy. It would be a real pleasure to meet your best friend and take care of them as if they were my own. I work from Monday to Thursday and manage my own schedule. On Fridays, Saturday, Sunday, I love going outside. I really enjoy having the company of dogs on my walks in nature. I live in a two-story apartment on the ground floor. I have a terrace with a fenced backyard, so there’s no chance for pets to run away. There’s also a cat on the second floor, but he’s quite discreet.

About: I have been around animals my whole life. I've been around dogs and cats that lived with me, and that friends/family asked me to care for. I love them and enjoy caring for them. I currently work at a vet clinic (part time), so I am quite informed and can easily recognize signs of illness/poisoning/injury in pets, especially cats and dogs. I am informed on training methods, feeding guidelines, different diets, enrichments techniques, and routines and can tailor them to your pet and their needs. I work part-time and am a university student part-time. While I have a weird schedule, I am also available for up to 15H/week, on weekends, weekdays, mornings and evenings. I always make sure to inform myself as much as possible on your pets' personality and needs, and will make sure I do exactly what you would do if you were home, so as to not make the pet anxious and to maintain their training. I am careful, focused, and would rather be safe than sorry when it comes to others' pets. I know how I would want someone to take care of my cats, so I would take care of your pet as if they were my own.
