I’ve cared for dogs of different ages, sizes, personalities, and energy levels, from playful younger dogs who need plenty of activity to seniors who prefer a slower pace. I’m comfortable with walks, feeding routines, playtime, basic care, and giving dogs plenty of attention and company. I take time to learn each dog’s normal routine, personality, and any instructions from their owner so their care feels familiar and comfortable. I’m patient, reliable, and happy to send regular photo updates while you’re away.

Samuel was absolutely wonderful with Quiche! He accommodated me so much and was incredibly flexible with the dates. He was kind, funny, and made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. He took great care of Quiche, followed all my instructions, and kept me updated with great communication. He even sent me pictures of Quiche looking super comfy and happy with him 🥹 I felt like Quiche was in the best of care while she was staying with him. I would absolutely recommend Samuel as a sitter and would happily book with him again! 🤍
Sam is an exceptional pet sitter, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He graciously took care of my cat during a time when I really needed the help, and it made a huge difference for me. He was communicative throughout, proactive about everything my cat needed — nail trims, litter, treats, brushing — and it was clear he genuinely cared about his well-being, not just his basic needs. What stands out most is how much Sam loves animals, and how much they love him back. My cat wasn’t just staying somewhere while I was away — he was truly cared for and loved. Sam is also wonderful with my dog, who tends to be anxious — he’s patient, attentive, and understanding with him, and it’s clear he pays close attention to each animal’s comfort and happiness, not just their routine care. If you’re looking for someone thoughtful, reliable, and genuinely loving toward animals to care for your pets, I’d recommend Sam without hesitation.
Sam is a great pet caretaker. Our big fluffy Samoyed just loved him so much- we would definitely recommend him. He’s very kind and caring, and loves going for big walks and hikes. :)
Samuel has been such a kind and considerate sitter to my cat Romeo, but also to me as a cat parent when I was in between apartments. He has sent me multiple videos and photo unprompted to let me know I had nothing to worry about. His apartment and himself exudes such a calming energy, I just knew my son would be more than please to have a vacation with him.
Sam was so good with my two cats! You can tell how much he loves animals which made me feel good, leaving my pets with Sam. He sent a me a couple of pictures of my pets too which I really liked! He asked questions about how my cats interact together and if there was anything else he needed to know. Definitely would recommend !

Schedule
My schedule is currently very open and flexible, so I’m home most of the day and have plenty of time to give your cat attention, company, and care. I’m available throughout the week for boarding and drop-in visits, and I can often accommodate different feeding schedules, longer visits, or last-minute requests. I’m happy to keep your cat’s routine as close to normal as possible while you’re away.

I have a spacious, tidy two-bedroom apartment where I can provide a calm and comfortable environment for visiting cats. I keep my home clean and make sure potentially unsafe areas are secure. My balcony stays closed and visiting cats will never have unsupervised balcony access. I also give cats plenty of time and space to settle in and adjust at their own pace rather than forcing interaction.
A typical day
I like to follow each cat’s usual routine as closely as possible. A typical day includes feeding, fresh water, litter box care, playtime, and plenty of time to relax and explore. Depending on your cat’s personality, we might spend time playing with toys, watching birds from the window, hanging out together, or simply giving them a quiet space to nap. I’ll also send photos and updates so you can see how they’re settling in.
