About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life, taking care of them for friends, family, and neighbours for over 13 years. With me, your precious doggy will get: ✔️ a hypoallergenic home ✔️ home all day schedule ✔️ ground-level access to the outdoors ✔️ experience with senior dogs ✔️ so much love and cuddles ✔️ probably a free bath 🫧 Note: I’m allergic to cats, so I only care for dogs. Please check out my grooming requirements below! ☑️ All dogs MUST be bathed/wiped down and have their nails trimmed prior to their stay. For stays longer than 3 days, dogs MUST be fully groomed (shampoo, de-shed, hair cut). Please provide me with their favourite shampoo just in case they need a quick washup while staying with me (or if Burt’s Bees Tearless Puppy Shampoo works, that’s what I have on hand!), along with body wipes and their grooming accessories (glove, brush, tooth brush, etc.). ☑️ All dogs MUST be fully vaccinated; dewormed within the last year. ☑️ Please let me know if your dog has a history of leash reactivity, biting, aggression, and/or strong prey drive. Describe their dynamic and history of behaviour around other dogs, wild life, and small children. ☑️ Indicate if your dog sheds, if they have allergies to specific plants or food, has frequent potty accidents, and if they like to chew/swallow/destroy random things. ☑️ Provide a list of commands they respond to. ☑️ Provide all food (dry kibble, treats, and any wet and/or prepared meals) for the duration of their stay, + feeding bowls if that helps their transitions. ☑️ Please bring their carrier kennel and washed doggy bed. I often never use the crate, but it's an essential part of how I keep a safe, secure, and reliable environment for new dogs. I prefer having it close by for dogs who get especially timid when left alone, because I may step out to the grocery store, attend a yoga class, or fetch the mail. I will never be gone for more than 1.5 hours. 🏞️ Typical day with me: Wake up, belly rubs, speak to them in weird voices, feeding, take them on walks around the neighborhood and on shopping trips (whenever possible), use doggy as emotional support and cuddly foot warmer as I work on the computer (if that's their thing), feeding, and my all-time favourite doggy pastime: people watching at the park together. I work from home on a flex hours schedule— so I’m happy to accommodate your doggie at any time. I also live on the first floor of my condo complex. It is super dog-friendly around here, and the perfect place to take dogs for a healthy walk around the block or in the neighbourhood park. I keep my home clean, calm, and safe, and always make sure there’s nothing around that could be dangerous. I pay attention to a dog’s individual personality to make sure they're comfortable and cared for, whether that means extra playtime, lots of cuddles, or just giving them space to relax. I am happy to administer medication as long as I am guided on how to beforehand.

About: I genuinely love caring for dogs. My friends and family members rely on me to take care of their pet either while they're at work or on vacation. I host and care for your pet with the love I would have for my own, and keep them stimulated and active throughout the day! I live in a large 5 1/2 apartment in a very pet-friendly and walkable neighbourhood. I'm currently only working part-time, from home, on my own schedule. I'll have plenty of time to keep your pet engaged, stimulated, and active throughout the day and evening. They won't have time to miss you! If you want a place to drop-off your companion: I live in a large apartment near street level, on a quiet residential street. If you prefer your pet stay at home: my flexible schedule and my remote work allow me to stick around or pop-in whenever needed.

About: (English message below) Bonjour 🐕 Nous proposons nos services parce que nous sommes conscients qu'un bon gardienage nécessite de l'attention 👀, de l'amour ❤️, du temps et de la patience 🦮⏳, mais aussi du respect des regles que chaque proprietaire inculque a leur chien (education, repect des repas, des sorties etc). Mon conjoint, Jonathan, et moi même avons eu des chiens une majeur partie de notre vie, j'ai également travaillé à la SPCA. Joe télétravail et gardera toujours un œil sur les besoins de votre Pitou si jamais je dois faire des commissions. De son coté, il a également vécu la majeur partie de sa vie avec des animaux. Nous pouvons nous occuper de chiens qui necessite des soins particuliers 🩹 ; nous avons eu un chien epileptique, nous conaissons donc les gestes adaptés pour que tout ce passe en douceur avec votre pitou. Je suis la majeure partie du temps à la maison, votre pitou aura donc toujours de la presence entre Joe et moi :) Nous n'avons pas d'animal à poils donc si votre pitou est anxieux d'etre en compagnie de chien ou chat, la voie est libre ; de meme pour nos balades, si vous souhaitez eviter les croisades avec d'autres chiens, ce n'est pas un probleme, nous habitons un quartier proches de rues tranquilles. A savoir que je peux garder 2 chiens en meme temps mais qui proviennent du meme foyer, je veux respecter les conditions de chacun des proprietaires donc si une reservation est faite entre nous, rassurez vous que je bloquerai la/les dates seulement pour votre / vos pitou(s) et ne sera pas en contact avec d'autres :) Il est important à savoir aussi que nous nettoyons et désinfectons tout les jouets / lits / gamelles que nous avons à disposition chez nous ainsi que les sols après chaque passage d'animaux 🙂 Si vous prevoyez un retard sur la recuperation de votre pitou, par securite et legalite je devrais mettre a jour la reservation. ----------- Hello ! 🐕 We are offering our services because we know that good pet sitting requires attention 👀, love ❤️, time and patience 🦮⏳, but also respect for the rules each owner sets for their dog (training, feeding schedules, walks, etc.). We've had dogs for most of our life, and I worked at the SPCA few years ago. Joe works remotely and will always keep an eye on your dog's needs if I ever need to run by some food or other. He, too, has lived most of his life with animals. We are able to care for dogs that need special attention 🩹 — we've had an epileptic dog ourselves, so we know how to handle delicate situations calmly and gently. I am at home most of the time, so your pup will always have company with Joe and me :) We don’t have any furry animals at home, so if your dog is anxious around other pets (dogs or cats), it’s not an issue; same goes for walks — if you'd prefer to avoid crossing paths with other dogs, we can make that happen too. Please note that I can look after 2 dogs at the same time, but they must come from the same household. I want to respect each owner's conditions, so if a reservation is made between us, rest assured that I will block the date(s) only for your dog(s) and will not be in contact with any others :) We can mention as well that we clean all the toys / beds / bowls that we have here and the floors after each sittings 🙂 If you anticipate a delay in picking up your dog, for safety and legal reasons I should update the reservation. About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, so being around them just feels normal to me, not like a job. I grew up with a German Shepherd, and over the years I’ve also taken care of a friend’s Labrador and a dachshund, so I’m comfortable with all kinds of sizes and personalities. I recently went through puppy training classes with my own dog Logan, so I’ve got hands-on experience with puppies as well as senior dogs. I pay attention, I’m patient, and I genuinely enjoy the company. Dogs have always just been part of my day, so fitting care into my routine isn’t really a stretch for me. I’ve got time built in for walks and hanging out, and I’m easy to reach if plans need to shift. Happy to chat about what your dog’s used to so we can keep things familiar for them. I treat every dog like I’d want my own treated, because I’ve got one at home myself, my Mini Schnauzer Logan. Water’s always out, there’s a comfortable spot to settle in, and I keep an eye on how they’re doing, especially if we’re somewhere new. I’m attentive and calm.

J'aime envoyer des photos et des nouvelles afin que vous puissiez profiter de votre absence l'esprit tranquille, en sachant que votre compagnon reçoit toute l'attention et les soins qu'il mérite. Je travaille principalement en télétravail, ce qui me permet d'être très présente auprès des animaux que je garde. Les sorties, pauses, moments de jeu et câlins s'intègrent facilement à ma journée. Cette flexibilité me permet de respecter les habitudes de votre chien et de lui offrir l'attention qu'il mérite. En semaine comme la fin de semaine, je peux adapter mon horaire aux besoins de votre compagnon, qu'il s'agisse de promenades régulières, de visites à domicile ou d'une garde prolongée. Mon objectif est qu'il conserve sa routine et se sente en sécurité pendant votre absence. La sécurité et le bien-être de votre animal sont mes priorités absolues. Je prends le temps de comprendre ses habitudes, son tempérament, ses besoins particuliers ainsi que les consignes du propriétaire afin de respecter sa routine et son confort. Lors des gardes, je veille à offrir un environnement calme, sécuritaire et bienveillant. Je reste attentive à son comportement, à son niveau d'énergie et à son état général. En tant que personne en télétravail, je peux assurer une présence régulière et éviter que votre chien reste seul trop longtemps. J'accorde également beaucoup d'importance à la communication avec les propriétaires et j'envoie volontiers des photos et des nouvelles tout au long du séjour pour maintenir un climat de confiance et de sérénité.
