J’ai été bénévole là-bas en tant que promeneuse de chiens et foyer d’accueil. J’adore m’occuper des animaux de mes ami.e.s! Pour les visites et gardes à domicile, j'apprécierais être informée de toute infestation actuelle ou récente dans la maison. ENGLISH: I check to see if the animal has certain habits that could be harmful to him/herself or his/her environment (for example, eating things on the ground when going for walks), then I modify the environment and/or I make sure to keep an eye on the animal, so that he/she cannot endanger him/herself or damage anything. For drop-in visits and house sitting, I’d appreciate being notified of any current or recent infestations in the home.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up on a farm in the Gaspesie but have called Montreal home for 13 years now. Getting to take care of pets is one of the great privileges of my life, and I'd love to shower your dog or cat with love and attention. I've been pet-sitting, walking and doing drop-ins independently for about 6 years now, and I have experience with puppies and kittens. From cuddles to walks in the park, along the water, time spent sunbathing and nearby hikes, let me know what your pet would enjoy, and I'd be happy to keep them occupied. I'm a writer who works from home. My job isn't stressful or fast-paced, so I'm able to give your pet the full attention they deserve. I am home a majority of the day, so your pet will never need to be alone for long. I have a spacious two-floor home, a fenced yard, and a park across the street. There are three friendly cats and one friendly small dog in the house. All of them are well socialized with other animals.

About: 🐾 Nous sommes une famille avec 2 ados de 12 et 15 ans qui adorons les animaux 🐾 Voici les services que nous proposons : Gardiennage de chiens : Nous habitons un bas de plex à Rosemont, avec un grand patio et un jardin arboré, qui donne sur une ruelle. Nous gardons uniquement un chien à la fois afin de lui donner le maximum d'attention. Nous avons un chat qui s'appelle Mitaine. Elle est très gentille et pas du tout agressive. Nous sommes à 5 minutes à pieds du parc à chien du parc Beaubien donc si votre chien aime y aller, vous pouvez être certain que nous y serons régulièrement. Nous travaillons essentiellement de la maison donc votre chien sera très rarement seul. Promenade de chiens : Nous sommes disponibles également pour promener votre chien en journée ou en soirée, en fonction de vos horaires. Promenades de 30 minutes à 1h en fonction des besoins de votre chien. Chats : Nous ne pouvons pas garder de chats chez nous car nous en avons un et les chats qui ne se connaissent pas se tolèrent assez mal entre eux :) mais si vous partez en vacances n'hésitez pas à nous contacter. Nous pourrons passer les nourrir et nous en occuper directement chez vous en votre absence. Au plaisir d'échange avec vous. N'hésitez pas à m'envoyer un petit message pour vous présenter, vous et votre chien, sa routine etc. Et n'hésitez pas si vous avez des questions. Remarque : pour ce qui est du gardiennage chez nous, nous souhaitons garder uniquement des chiens de plus d'un an, propres, stérilisés, qui s'entendent bien avec les chats ou les ignorent, qui n'abîment pas le mobilier ni les affaires, et sans aucune agressivité afin de préserver la sécurité de nos enfants et de notre chat. Comme nous avons des voisins, il est également important pour nous d'avoir des chiens qui ne jappent pas. Je suis travailleuse autonome et mon chum partiellement en télétravail. Nous sommes donc quasiment tous les jours a la maison et disponible pour nous occuper de vos animaux et les promener. J'ai un patio fermé et un jardin clôturé, que je peux même fermer a clé. Votre chien sera donc en totale sécurité. Nous irons le promener souvent dans la ruelle, au parc, etc. Le parc à chiens du parc Beaubien est à 5 min a pied donc si votre chien aime ça, nous pourrons y aller tous les jours, il est très agréable et les chiens y ont toujours beaucoup de fun.

I always do a meet-and-greet beforehand if possible, so your pup can get familiar with me and the environment before their stay.

I treat every dog like they’re my own and prioritize making them feel secure, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with me. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine because I work from home and already structure my days around caring for animals. My own dogs are a huge part of my everyday life, so walks, outdoor time, feeding schedules, play, cuddles, and supervision are already built into my routine. I’m home often throughout the day, which allows me to give pets consistent attention, companionship, and care rather than leaving them alone for long periods. I genuinely enjoy creating a calm, cozy environment where animals can relax, feel safe, and settle into a comfortable rhythm. Safety is always my top priority when caring for dogs in my home. I have two friendly rescue dogs who are calm, social, and well accustomed to sharing space with other animals. I always prioritize slow, respectful introductions and pay close attention to each dog’s comfort level, personality, and boundaries. I provide a calm, structured environment where dogs are supervised closely and never left unattended outdoors. My home is ground level and has a large fenced backyard for safe outdoor time, fetch, bathroom breaks, and relaxing in the sun, and all yard time is monitored. Inside the home, I use tools like baby gates when needed to create separate spaces for rest, decompression, feeding, or quieter introductions. Because I work from home, I’m present throughout the day to supervise interactions, maintain routines, and make sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. My goal is always to create a cozy, low-stress environment where dogs can settle in comfortably and feel at home.
