“Geneviève was very nice. At the dropp off She took time to hear everything I had to tell about Mr. Lucky. She understood all my concerns and even let me take my time to pas my dog to her arm since it was a hard time for me to do so. She kept sending pictures from them having fun and keeping updated. And even at the pick up she gave me a detailed report of how he behaved and if I want to have a sitter next time whats better to do and not to do. Kaitlyn was an amazing sitter for our fur baby with separation anxiety! He was extremely well taken care of, and we were absolutely stress-free even from another continent! She took him on short notice when our other sitter couldn’t go through with the dog-sitting, and was really accommodating and helpful. We would recommend Kaitlyn to anybody to take care of their puppy, especially if they’re anxious!

Vlanie est une gardienne exceptionnelle. Très attentionnée et patiente, elle a été à l’écoute de toutes mes demandes et préoccupations. Elle a pris soin de Leeyah comme si c’était son propre chien. Elle m’a envoyé des messages, photos et vidéos tout au long du séjour, ce qui m’a permis de rester complètement rassurée. Leeyah était calme et heureuse lorsque je l’ai récupérée, on voyait qu’elle avait été entourée avec beaucoup de douceur. Elle était vraiment entre de très bonnes mains. Je la recommande sans hésitation et je réserverai avec elle à nouveau sans aucun doute.
Sybille nous a beaucoup aidé quand on devait transférer notre chien d'une autre gardienne mi-vacance. Quand elle a trouvé que notre chien a peur d'escalier dans sa maison et ne peut pas monter ou descendre, vue que on n'était pas capable de le récupérer, Sybille s'est déplacé temporairement a son amie.
