Luisa et son conjoint ont été absolument adorables avec Gino et se sont occupés de lui avec beaucoup d'attention et de bienveillance. La communication a été excellente du début à la fin : j'ai reçu régulièrement des photos et des vidéos, ce qui m'a permis de partir l'esprit tranquille et en toute confiance. She took the time to make sure both we and our dog felt comfortable, and she was attentive to our needs from the start. She kept us updated throughout Lola's stay with messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind. Melissa was also very flexible and accommodating. Andrea took care of our 3yo pup while we had to travel to take care of family. We had never done boarding before and we were nervous, but she took excellent care of our dog Miska and sent us pictures and videos daily. She is very communicative and respectful of boundaries or rules we set for our dog care. Overall, it was a positive experience and we will definitely book again if we need to get away, so Miska can enjoy some time by his favorite window with Andrea.
Vlada was wonderful with Tank. She was caring and very communicative, sent a lot of pics without having to ask! Tank seemed completely comfortable with her and I know she took very good care of him. As a protective mama bear, I know it takes a lot out of us to leave our precious pups in somebody else’s hand, so believe me when I say I do recommend Vlada as a sitter!
From the moment we did our meet and greet I knew my fur baby was in good hands. She made us feel very welcome that already then, he was not ready leave and the meet up. He immediately love her calm presence and was begging for belly rubs. This is the first time a drop off felt so effortless and lightweight. She already had many variety of toys to play with , a dog feeding set up and a cozy bed. Which meant I was able to save the hassle and travel lighter. She took a great interest in finding out his likes, his routine. She sent me updates on his stay alone with very cute pictures. I was so reassured by how much fun and how calm he looks. She took him on lots of walks. When I picked his up he was so cute laying there peacefully. I’ve tried many sitters and this is the first time that I felt so at peace leaving him, I’m so glad I found someone that my dog meshes well with and doesn’t feel anxious with. As long as she available, she will be our go to sitter ! Thank you so much for taking care of Benji and thank you for the carrot 🥕 such a sweet gesture.
