“We left our dog Zorro with Steven for 8 nights. It was our first time trying Rover and we were a bit nervous since Zorro can be a handful. He has separation anxiety, food allergies, and takes daily meds. We wrote his medication schedule on paper and Steven read through everything making sure to understand and clarify any points if needed. It shows his care and attention to detail in taking care of your dog. When Zorro entered his place he was greeted by his two sweet dogs. Even though Zorro initially barked and was energetic, they stayed silent and calm...which helped Zorro calm down very quickly. You could tell they are used to having other dogs come and go, and get along really well. Steven sent regular updates and photos and it reassured us. We really appreciated the care he showed Zorro and we would definitely use Steven again. He's genuine in his love for dogs and very reliable. She was very attentive to his needs, communicated well with us, and went the extra mile to go get him eye drops when he needed them for his irritated eye, buying the correct food when it ran out since we were on a long trip, and even bought us an extra bag of food so I wouldn’t have to go through the trouble of passing by the pet store while settling back in from my trip. Vlada was wonderful with Tank. She was caring and very communicative, sent a lot of pics without having to ask! Tank seemed completely comfortable with her and I know she took very good care of him. As a protective mama bear, I know it takes a lot out of us to leave our precious pups in somebody else’s hand, so believe me when I say I do recommend Vlada as a sitter!
Delilah was well cared for staying with Dan while I was away. I knew she was in great hands! Dan was super kind & communicative and sent photos/updates during her stay. Delilah can be an anxious pup, but I could tell she was comfortable with Dan. I would gladly book again! :)
Pedro was incredibly meticulous. He called before to know if Rocco had special needs or habits. He was very clear on what he needed to take care of Rocco- his food, his bowls, toys, bed, etc. His home was super clean and well adapted to having a dog. Pedro sent pictures and updates everyday. I could tell that he genuinely loved dogs. Unlike with other Rovers, Rocco didn't seem depressed or abandoned when we picked him up. Thank you sooo much Pedro!

From the moment we did our meet and greet I knew my fur baby was in good hands. She made us feel very welcome that already then, he was not ready leave and the meet up. He immediately love her calm presence and was begging for belly rubs. This is the first time a drop off felt so effortless and lightweight. She already had many variety of toys to play with , a dog feeding set up and a cozy bed. Which meant I was able to save the hassle and travel lighter. She took a great interest in finding out his likes, his routine. She sent me updates on his stay alone with very cute pictures. I was so reassured by how much fun and how calm he looks. She took him on lots of walks. When I picked his up he was so cute laying there peacefully. I’ve tried many sitters and this is the first time that I felt so at peace leaving him, I’m so glad I found someone that my dog meshes well with and doesn’t feel anxious with. As long as she available, she will be our go to sitter ! Thank you so much for taking care of Benji and thank you for the carrot 🥕 such a sweet gesture.
