Pedro was incredibly meticulous. He called before to know if Rocco had special needs or habits. He was very clear on what he needed to take care of Rocco- his food, his bowls, toys, bed, etc. His home was super clean and well adapted to having a dog. Pedro sent pictures and updates everyday. I could tell that he genuinely loved dogs. Unlike with other Rovers, Rocco didn't seem depressed or abandoned when we picked him up. Thank you sooo much Pedro!
Amanda and Kerry were great! Milo, who can be a bit nervous or quirky, loved his time with them and clearly felt comfy and like part of the family.
