Additionally, she was flexible as we ran a bit late in the ceremony and adjusted. She is a pearl, very responsive, understanding and kind. From the start, she took meticulous care of his dietary and medication needs.Even when Spencer had a bit of a territorial issue, she was patient and understanding. Spencer also did great with her kids, which says a lot about the comfortable environment she created. She was very attentive to his no-jumping, no-running instructions, ensuring safe, gentle walks due to his new IVDD diagnosis ( we found out about it a week prior to Melissa boarding Spencer). On top of that, she sent daily updates and plenty of pictures, just as we asked especially considering we were a bit stressed due to the new diagnosis and Spence not at his 100% when we left. Je me suis occupée de nombreux chiens au fil des années, autant les miens que ceux de ma famille et de mes amis. She was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure Duce was happy, comfortable, safe, and well cared for. What impressed me most was the genuine love and attention she gave Duce. She treated him like he was her own, making sure he received plenty of affection, attention, exercise, and companionship. We found Luisa who responded quickly and allowed us to bring her over with all of her many foods, teddies and pipi pads. She was so well cared for. She got to sleep on the bed, get hand fed (since she wasn’t eating) and got lots of love and cuddles. We couldn’t have been more fortunate to land on such incredible people who sent pictures and videos to make sure we know she was okay. Truly appreciative.

Ailiza was so attentive and caring with our dog, Yuka. She can be quite anxious at times and difficult to walk, especially when her anxiety kicks in, but that was never a problem for Ailiza. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and understanding with our 5-year-old pup. Ailiza completely put our minds at ease, and we felt so comfortable leaving Yuka in her care. She was an absolute dream of a dog sitter, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the love and care she gave Yuka. We would absolutely trust her with Yuka again!
Jojo is a new rescue for us. She lost her only person in February after 8 years and we adopted her from the SPCA at the end of February. We were worried about leaving her but Vladyslava was great with her, and with keeping us updated during the stay. Jojo arrived home happy, relaxed and her usual self. Overall, a great experience.
I have a 14 year old difficult dog and Savannah was super amazing with him. He is usually not so loving to strangers and he really loves her. He is 3 pounds and she built him little ramps to go out on the balcony. She is super amazing and really just loves animals. What an amazing experience for both me and my dog.

We couldn’t have asked for a better person then Dino to care for Leo while we were away for three weeks.
