“From the moment we did our meet and greet I knew my fur baby was in good hands. She made us feel very welcome that already then, he was not ready leave and the meet up. He immediately love her calm presence and was begging for belly rubs. This is the first time a drop off felt so effortless and lightweight. She already had many variety of toys to play with , a dog feeding set up and a cozy bed. Which meant I was able to save the hassle and travel lighter. She took a great interest in finding out his likes, his routine. She sent me updates on his stay alone with very cute pictures. I was so reassured by how much fun and how calm he looks. On a laissé Kiki avec Dino pendant nos vacances de 22 jours. Il était fantastique et je sais que Kiki a vrm aimé rester chez lui. Il nous a envoyé des photos/vidéos de Kiki tout le temps. C'était facile de lui parler même avec le décalage d'horaire. Kiara était bien et on était tranquille, car on savait qu'elle était bien soignée. On a fait le bon choix ☺️. I absolutely enjoyed my experience with Beatrice ! Communication was really easy, she is a very nice and kind person. From the first contact, I felt like she was genuine and I wouldn't have doubts nor fear when dropping my cat at her place. Throughout the pet sitting, I received frequent news and photos through which I could feel my fur baby was very well taken care of. Luisa et son conjoint ont été absolument adorables avec Gino et se sont occupés de lui avec beaucoup d'attention et de bienveillance. La communication a été excellente du début à la fin : j'ai reçu régulièrement des photos et des vidéos, ce qui m'a permis de partir l'esprit tranquille et en toute confiance.
