Chris was awesome. I have two anxious chihuahuas and Chris was great with them. Understood their temperament and gave them their space while still being present and attentive. He responds right away which is important to me. I’ll definitely be rebooking with Chris.
We left our pup with Dexelle for 10 days and he had the best time. Dexelle was amazing at keeping us updated on how our dog was doing and always sent photos and videos of him playing, sleeping, and making friends. She was transparent if she had any questions or concerns and did great to work with our dog’s needs. We would/will love to use her again in the future and I’m sure our dog will have no objections with that whatsoever.
Alissa was so great with our girl, Lucky. It’s the longest we’ve ever left her so I was nervous but Alissa was so reassuring and very capable. As soon as I met her I could tell she was a dog person and I had no worries she’d take good care of Lucky. She sent us pictures, videos and updates every day. She made an effort to stick to my dogs schedule as much as possible and make her comfortable. We highly recommend Alissa and would 100% book with her in the future. Viraj and his partner took extensive care of my Siamese kitten and treated him as his own. They made sure my kitten Bilal was comfortable with the environment, they gave him treats food and played with him throughout the day. Viraj updated me always on how my kitten was feeling and how he was behaving in a new environment. He made sure I was always up to date. When I needed to extend the stay, he made the process seamless and gave me kitten food and offered me advice to use to help better take care of my kitten.
