We always suggest a meet and greet before with us, you and your dog so we can all be more comfortable during your pet stay. During this meet and greet we talk about your pet's routine, eating and exercising habits and anything else you believe it is important for us to know.
A typical day
Powerful morning full of exercises and endorphines in either Parc la Fountaine or the top of Mount Royal. Then we all go back home energised to have breakfast - the difference is that we start to work and the dogs go for their first siesta of the day. During the day we spend a lot of time together while we are working/studying/cooking and we go out with them again at least once in the afternoon and once in the evening.

We are a young family who is living outside our home-countries (Brazil and Colombia) and who misses our dogs back home (a rescue dog, a Labrador and a German Spitz) - who are now in a farm with our parents. Rather than having our own pets in Canada, we have chosen to look after yours, as if they were ours, with all the love and care they deserve. For us it's not about food, pee and poop - it's about dogs feeling SAFE, LOVED and having the best possible QUALITY TIME they could have around us. We love to play with them on parks, run up the mountains and to have them around while cooking, reading and working at home. Parc la Fontaine and Mount Royal are part of our daily routine as we live at the heart of the Plateau. We have taken good care of over 100 dogs and learned so much on the journey about their differences, common denominators and surely, individual needs! We will take the time to understand yours. ----------------- IMPORTANT: - We believe NATURE, EXERCISE and SOCIALIZATION are medicinal for both, humans and dogs alike. - We support real freedom and REAL EXERCISE: with forest adventures, dog parks, and mountains excursions - DAILY. - We both own our time and work from home - which means a flexible schedule and dogs that have company pretty much all the time. - We’ve been on the other side of the fence, so we know the importance of keeping you posted. We provide you with DAILY UPDATES with photos and videos for your peace of mind while you are away. - We suggest a meet and greet before accepting bookings to make sure we are all at ease during your dog’s vacation. - We do not accept aggressive dogs.

Quelle chance de trouver ces gardiens pour mon chien ! Ils ont très bien pris soin de Mia, un bulledogue français, alors qu’elle venait de terminer sa réhabilitation de 3 mois d’une hernie discale lombaire (IVDD). Ils ont été très soucieux de son bien-être et ont su nous rassurer chaque jour durant nos vacances à l’étranger. Je les recommande sans l’ombre d’un doute ! Je compte définitivement leur demander pour leurs bons soins une prochaine fois. Merci encore pour tout Gabby et Sergio !

Comme d'"habitude Gabby et Sergio se sont vraiment bien occupé de Molky. Plusieurs balades dans la journée et beaucoup d'affection. Molky veut toujours y retourner. La communication avec Gabby et Sergio est super simple et ils sont très flexibles. Des gardiens en or !!
