“From start to finish, Geneviève went above and beyond to make sure our pups were happy, comfortable, and truly cared for. She took the time to read through all of our dogs’ info and it showed! Every detail was remembered, and their routine was followed perfectly. We got tons of photos and videos throughout the stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. She also let the dogs play in the snow in the backyard which is their absolute favorite thing in the world. Our dogs adored Geneviève, and so did we. Harry did not want to leave went we went to pick them up!”

I’m especially grateful for how calm and happy Milo was when he came home. As a senior dog with separation anxiety, knowing he felt safe, relaxed, and cared for meant everything. It's so clear that Nastaran really does have a gift. She has an incredible love, respect and understanding of and for cats. She is incredibly warm and reassuring, and in my opinion, I could not have found a more perfect sitter, plus her apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, and even better, close by to mine! This was my first time boarding my cat Lovie, and my experience with friends coming to visit is that she runs and hides under the bed. She's not particularly brave enough to meet new people and she would get stressed in new places...at least that's what I thought until I brought her to Nastaran. I was worried, so I asked to stay a bit for the transition. To my surprise, Lovie came out of carrier curious and queen of her little kingdom. She sniffed around, maybe smelling the precious cat, but even though this was her first time there in Nastaran's apartment, she didn't even feel like it. Nastaran even sent me a cute little photo of Lovie, just looking up with big eyes. Thank you so much again, Nastaran!
