About: I’ve been a dog owner my entire adult life, and caring for dogs has always been a huge part of who I am. Over the years, I’ve rescued dogs in need, which has given me hands-on experience with anxious, reactive, timid, and misunderstood pups, especially those who may not have had the easiest start in life. I’m patient, calm, and comfortable meeting dogs where they are. Whether your pup needs extra reassurance, space to decompress, a slower introduction, or just someone who understands their unique personality, I’ll treat them with kindness, respect, and the care they deserve. I also have experience with large breeds, including Dobermans, Bernese Mountain Dogs, and Great Danes, so I’m comfortable caring for big dogs with big personalities and big hearts. I also have cared for seniors and am comfortable giving medication orally or injecting. My last rescue passed unexpectedly, and while I’m healing, I deeply miss having a dog in my daily life. I would be honored to care for yours when life gets busy or overwhelming, and to give them the same patience, love, and comfort I gave my own. *As I have large & extra large dog and reactive/special needs dog experience a lot of my doggy clients are one or all so I only watch one dog at a time so I can be extra attentive to their needs and keep them safe and secure. I will make exceptions if multiple dogs are from the same household or know each other very well, but otherwise it's single sits only! *I have a yard but it is currently unfenced in the front as the door is being replaced. I keep my dog visitors on a long lead secured to my maple tree in the yard and I never leave them alone for safety. I work from home with a very relaxed schedule. Doggy daycare = your dog gets a free internship in Videogame Development! On Weekdays I do aforementioned daycare, and I'm able to do drop-in and walks during my lunch hour and after work (after 5PM). Weekends I focus more on boarding, but can be available for other care depending on the day <3 I work from home and have a yard, which means your pup will have plenty of time, attention, and space throughout the day. My goal is to make them feel safe, cared for, and loved while you’re away. I'm extra cautious with people's pets - I never take them off leash in public spaces, I won't go to dog parks unless requested and I always walk with basic first aid, water and backup lead for whatever might happen or cross our paths.

About: Mon copain et moi adorons les chiens! Notre chien Arnold, un fox-hound Américain, est décédé beaucoup trop tôt d’un cancer cette année à l’âge de 6 ans. On s’ennuie de s’occuper d’un chien, mais ne sommes pas prêts en adopter un nouveau pour le moment. C’est pourquoi on offre nos services pour la garde et la promenade de chiens! Nous sommes habitués aux longues promenades beau temps-mauvais temps, aux jeux de stimulations diversifiés et nous sommes beaucoup à la maison, ce qui nous permet d’offrir une présence quasi constante à votre chien. On adore faire des activités avec les chiens, mais aussi passer des moments avec eux à la maison! On s’adapte aux besoins et envies de votre chien. Nous sommes disponibles pour du gardiennage de courte ou de longue période, selon vos besoins. Nous avons une maison tranquille avec une cour et habitons au cœur du Vieux-Longueuil, près de la piste cyclable du bord de l’eau. - entraînement de base - promenade en laisse - administration de médicaments* (à discuter) - jeux extérieurs et intérieurs - moments de qualités :) Je travaille à la maison 4 jours/semaine et nous sommes presque toujours là le soir. La fin de semaine, on sort rarement plus de 3 heures consécutives. Notre cour n’est pas clôturée, ce qui fait que nous gardons les chiens attachés (longue laisse) et surveillés s’ils vont dans la cour. Nous avons aussi une barrière qui peut être installée sur notre grande terrasse en été si le chien souhaite nous accompagner à l’extérieur en dehors de périodes de marche. Il y a très peu d’escaliers ce qui fait que c’est adapté aux chiens qui auraient des difficultés avec ceux-ci.

Manshuk and her famille are lovely and competent pet sitters and pet friends. She took great care of our two darling setters, was very much responsive and kind, and always gracious and patient. "The absolute best care for our fur babies!" We left our two dogs, Maple and Marshmallow, with Andrew and Hazel during our year-end vacation. This was the first time our pups had ever been away from us, so we were naturally a bit nervous—but we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Andrew and Hazel are a lovely couple who clearly have a gift with animals. Throughout the stay, they sent us plenty of photos and videos that completely put our minds at ease. We could see firsthand the wonderful bond they formed; there were so many belly rubs, happy jumps, and sweet kisses. It was also great to see the harmony Maple and Marshmallow had with the other boarding dogs in their care. It’s clear our dogs weren't just "watched"—they were loved. We recommend Andrew and Hazel 100%, and we are certain that Maple and Marshmallow would give them two paws up if they could! We will definitely be booking with them again.
Carolina is the best sitter I ever have for Bella. She is kind and genuinely love and care for my Bella. Her house is very dog friendly with nice backyard space for dogs & kids to hang out. My Bella had a nice vacation during my absence. I would definitely use Carolina service again.
