About: I’ve been a dog owner my entire adult life, and caring for dogs has always been a huge part of who I am. Over the years, I’ve rescued dogs in need, which has given me hands-on experience with anxious, reactive, timid, and misunderstood pups, especially those who may not have had the easiest start in life. I’m patient, calm, and comfortable meeting dogs where they are. Whether your pup needs extra reassurance, space to decompress, a slower introduction, or just someone who understands their unique personality, I’ll treat them with kindness, respect, and the care they deserve. I also have experience with large breeds, including Dobermans, Bernese Mountain Dogs, and Great Danes, so I’m comfortable caring for big dogs with big personalities and big hearts. I also have cared for seniors and am comfortable giving medication orally or injecting. My last rescue passed unexpectedly, and while I’m healing, I deeply miss having a dog in my daily life. I would be honored to care for yours when life gets busy or overwhelming, and to give them the same patience, love, and comfort I gave my own. If you'd like to see some extra photos and videos you can check out my dog. I work from home with a very relaxed schedule. Doggy daycare = your dog gets a free internship in Videogames! On Weekdays I do aforementioned daycare, and I'm able to do drop-in and walks during my lunch hour and after work (after 5PM). Weekends I focus more on boarding, but can be available for other care depending on the day <3 I work from home and have a yard, which means your pup will have plenty of time, attention, and space throughout the day. My goal is to make them feel safe, cared for, and loved while you’re away.
“Daniela and her husband were wonderful care takers to Walter! They followed our guidance, gave him lots of love and attention, and kept us informed the whole time. Very grateful for their care!”

“Thank you so so much for taking such good care of Gaspard!! Lars was very accomodating (booked last minute with uncertain dates and times) he was always very flexible, kind and responded really fast. He took fantastic care of Gaspard and sent me many reassuring updates during my trip. Gaspard was in great shape and very comfortable with him, received all the cuddles, attention and love he could ask for! Thanks again for everything!!”

“My dog had never been away from me before Eva sat him for a few days and the whole experience was easy and stress-free thanks to her daily updates. She was insightful enough to keep him separated from her cat to avoid any stressful interactions between them. Thank you so much Eva, I will definitely book with you again in the future.”

Cristille is truly amazing. She took care of my dog for me and kept me updated the entire time with pictures and messages about what they were doing and how happy my dog was with her dogs. Her responsibility and dedication really showed me how caring and trustworthy she is. I was so grateful knowing my dog was not only safe but also having the best time. I highly recommend her to everyone. I also hope her adorable little daughter grows up happy and healthy alongside their lovely family. Thank you so much,💕💞

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they do not have any disqualifying offences.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
