Luisa et son conjoint ont été absolument adorables avec Gino et se sont occupés de lui avec beaucoup d'attention et de bienveillance. La communication a été excellente du début à la fin : j'ai reçu régulièrement des photos et des vidéos, ce qui m'a permis de partir l'esprit tranquille et en toute confiance. Je n'hésiterai pas une seconde à faire appel à eux de nouveau. Un immense merci d'avoir accueilli Gino avec autant d'affection et de l'avoir traité comme si c'était votre propre compagnon. Je les recommande les yeux fermés !
Bree and her two roommates (Emma will be taking over this account in September 2026, by my understanding, as Bree is travelling back home) are real animal lovers, who actually take caring for the furry ones entrusted to them seriously. They are soft spoken, kind and had a lot insightful comments about our cat Pudding that proved they took the time to get to know him. Pudding is usually anxious and develops digestive issues when he boards with strangers. This time, for the first time, he was relaxed and happy when we picked him back up and if anything seemed reluctant to leave. As a bonus, they are located a stone's throw from Atwater market, in a very well-kept, clean building with proper air conditioning - which can be a concern for some pets. I cannot recommend Bree and her roommates services enough. I only wish my wife and I had found them sooner.
We are so happy that we met Steven today and left our furbaby with him. Chewie seemed very happy and enjoyed hanging out with him and with his dogs. We also feel comfortable leaving Chewie with him because he’s updating us time to time. We have another booking with steven next week for Chewie and surely will have more in the future. We’re so glad we met Steven today and entrusted our furbaby to his care! Chewie seemed absolutely thrilled, spending time with him and his dogs. Had my friend cancel taking care of my pet on me last minute and almost canceled my vacation but thought I would browse on Rover just in case and landed on Guillaume. Very proactive, sweet and patient pet caretaker, has been very understanding of my last minute requests and gave what felt like professional and premium care to my cat. Would highly and gladly recommend. Saw that his neighborhood was very dog friendly too so was happy to find the perfect place for my sister's dogs when she'll be visiting.
Mae took incredible care of our senior dog with arthritis, providing frequent detailed updates and photos which took away any need to worry. She made our dog immediately feel comfortable with her and in her home, which is ideal for any pet. I'd highly recommend her to anyone!
