From the start, she took meticulous care of his dietary and medication needs.Even when Spencer had a bit of a territorial issue, she was patient and understanding. Spencer also did great with her kids, which says a lot about the comfortable environment she created. She was very attentive to his no-jumping, no-running instructions, ensuring safe, gentle walks due to his new IVDD diagnosis ( we found out about it a week prior to Melissa boarding Spencer). On top of that, she sent daily updates and plenty of pictures, just as we asked especially considering we were a bit stressed due to the new diagnosis and Spence not at his 100% when we left. “From the moment we did our meet and greet I knew my fur baby was in good hands. She made us feel very welcome that already then, he was not ready leave and the meet up. He immediately love her calm presence and was begging for belly rubs. This is the first time a drop off felt so effortless and lightweight. She already had many variety of toys to play with , a dog feeding set up and a cozy bed. Which meant I was able to save the hassle and travel lighter. She took a great interest in finding out his likes, his routine. She sent me updates on his stay alone with very cute pictures. I was so reassured by how much fun and how calm he looks. She took him on lots of walks. When I picked his up he was so cute laying there peacefully. I’ve tried many sitters and this is the first time that I felt so at peace leaving him, I’m so glad I found someone that my dog meshes well with and doesn’t feel anxious with. They were incredibly attentive and caring, and their dog Lewis was such a sweet, gentle companion for her. I received regular updates, photos, and messages that really put me at ease, it was so clear she was relaxed, happy, and treated like family. I’m extremely grateful for how well they took care of her, and I will definitely be rebooking with them often. “Noé a pris grand soin de mon chien. J’ai pu partir en voyage la tête tranquille. Elle m’envoyait des photos et messages régulièrement comme je lui avais demandé. C’était la première fois que je faisais garder mon chien que je considère comme mon enfant et Noé en a pris soins comme si c’était le siens aussi. Je recommande cette gardienne à 100% pour que vôtre toutou puisse profiter d’un voyage également lorsque vous devez partir sans lui. Non seulement elle a pris soins de mon chien mais elle l’a également amené partout avec elle. Il a couru, jouer avec d’autres chiens, fait un tour de décapotable!!!, fait un picnic et plus encore. J’avais peur qu’il ne voudrait plus retourner à la maison! Noé est une passionnée d’animaux qui est extrêmement sensible aux besoins des chiens, douce, calme et attentionné. “Marta et Gleb sont des gardiens absolument fantastiques! Tout d’abord, c’est un couple des plus gentils et amicaux! J’ai par ailleurs apprécié qu’ils aient pris le temps de venir rencontrer mon chien Molly au parc peu avant son séjour chez eux. Ils sont très réactifs à mes messages et m’ont envoyé de nombreux vidéos. Je pouvais constater en les visionnant à quel point Molly était bien et heureuse d’être avec eux! C’est certain que je vais les engager de nouveau! Je les recommande sans hésitation!”

“Melissa was truly incredible with Spencer. From the start, she took meticulous care of his dietary and medication needs.Even when Spencer had a bit of a territorial issue, she was patient and understanding. Spencer also did great with her kids, which says a lot about the comfortable environment she created. She was very attentive to his no-jumping, no-running instructions, ensuring safe, gentle walks due to his new IVDD diagnosis ( we found out about it a week prior to Melissa boarding Spencer). On top of that, she sent daily updates and plenty of pictures, just as we asked especially considering we were a bit stressed due to the new diagnosis and Spence not at his 100% when we left. I couldn’t have asked for a more thoughtful, reliable sitter! Thank you so much Melissa!”

“I needed a sitter for Zsu Zsu in a pinch when the arrangements I thought I had fell through. I was very fortunate to find Joy on Rover. She responded right away and based on her profile and reviews I felt very comfortable leaving Zsu Zsu with her. It is a warm and wonderful family environment with children which suits Zsu Zsu perfectly because she loves everybody. Joy kept me informed as to how she was doing which was great. Joy is so lovely and cheerful and is made for this - a great asset to Rover. She and her children took great care of my little girl and for that I cannot say thank you enough.”
