J’ai eu une excellente expérience avec Jake et je lui confierais Princess Fluffy à nouveau sans aucune hésitation! Pendant tout mon voyage, Jake m’a envoyé régulièrement des photos et des nouvelles, autant pour me rassurer que pour me raconter comment Fluffy s’adaptait et se comportait. Fluffy n’avait jamais vraiment été en contact avec d’autres chats auparavant, et il a pris la situation très au sérieux, il a même séparé son appartement en deux au début du séjour pour lui permettre d’avoir son propre espace et de s’adapter à son rythme. On voit tout de suite que Jake aime sincèrement les chats et qu’il comprend bien leurs besoins et leur personnalité. Fluffy avait l’air vraiment bien, détendue et en confiance, ce qui m’a permis de profiter pleinement de mon voyage sans m’inquiéter. Je le recommande sans hésitation et je lui referais confiance n’importe quand pour garder Fluffy! 🐱

Jake a gardé Orpheus pour la 2e fois et c'est toujours un sans faute! Mon chat est visiblement a l'aise avec lui et je reçois des nouvelles et des photos chaque jour. On sent quelqu'un qui aime vraiment les animaux et qui s'adapte au caractère de chaque chat et de chaque propriétaire 😃. Merci encore Jake, à la prochaine! 🐱

My cat Gorgonzola (2 years old, male, neutered, very energetic) stayed with Jake for around 4 months. Jake sent me pictures and updates on Gorgonzola frequently throughout, showing Gorgonzola was very comfortable and happy staying with him, and that Jake played with him often. Gorgonzola met with about 10 other cats total during his stay, but Jake was very skilled in introducing them so that there would not be conflict. He sent me many adorable pictures of Gorgonzola playing with the other cats. Midway through his stay, Gorgonzola had a medical emergency; Jake noticed quickly that Gorgonzola was trying to go to the bathroom more often than usual and not succeeding, proactively contacted me, and took him to an emergency vet. At the emergency vet, Jake stayed with Gorgonzola extremely late into the night for many hours, comforted him, regularly updated me on progress, and even translated the vet's conversations from French to English for me to make sure I understood. Afterward, Jake administered medication for Gorgonzola twice a day for weeks until his condition recovered. I do not have a car, so Jake also picked him and his supplies up at my home at the beginning of the stay and dropped him off at my home, it was very seamless and convenient. I am extremely grateful for Jake's excellent care for Gorgonzola and highly recommend him for other cats, especially for long term stays like this one. I am already planning to have Gorgonzola stay with Jake again on a future trip.

Le service etait impeccable. Jacob-Adam s'est occuper de lucci tres bien. Je recevais des nouvelles avec photos ou video regulierement.. mon chat a pris du poids. Je reccomanderais Jacob-Adam volontier et vous ne serez jamais decu. Merci Jacob-Adam.

At first I was nervous leaving my cat with someone I didn’t know, because I had never used the app before, but Jacob made me feel comfortable right away. He sent me updates all the time with pictures, letting me see how my cat was doing. He separated my cat from the other cats and slowly introduced them to each other. He was very accommodating, and I would definitely use him again as a sitter in the future.

Jacob s’est très bien occupé de notre belle Juni. Nous avons eu l’esprit tranquille et c’est important lorsque nous confions nos animaux. Je recommande Jacob sans hésiter, nous le reprendrons lors de futures absences. Merci Jacob!
