I grew up with larger breeds like my Pitbull and Rottweiler, so I’m confident and comfortable with big dogs, but I also love caring for smaller pups like my aunt’s yorkie. I had a last minute change to my travel plans which meant I needed to find a cat sitter ASAP. Ruqayya stepped in and was a life-saver. She was quick and responsive communicator and gave frequent updates about my cat's well-being. She provided an environment that was safe and hospitable for my cat, and provided the care and attention that he needed. Ruqayya was excellent with my cat, who doesn’t like leaving his home. Despite being very anxious usually, he felt comfortable with her surprisingly quickly. He was already relaxed and well adapted within 24 hours. She sent me photos and videos regularly, which gave me great peace of mind. Whenever I had a question, she responded very quickly and was always responsive. I truly appreciated her care and professionalism, and I would not hesitate to book with her again. She really makes you feel comfortable, and someone who’s trustworthy.. I never once had to wonder how he was doing. I could see it. He looked relaxed, bright-eyed, beautifully groomed, and completely at ease. When I picked him up, he looked wonderful, truly well cared for. That, to me, says everything. And as a final act of kindness, Ruqayya helped bring him and all his things down to the car, which may seem small but meant so much in the moment. I don’t have any other animals at home, I live in a pet-friendly apartment with a park right next door, perfect for walks, playtime, and fresh air. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved, whether in my home or yours.
A typical day
We’ll start the day with some playtime and fresh air at the park right next to me, followed by plenty of cuddles and attention indoors. I make sure pets get the right balance of exercise, stimulation, and relaxation. Whether that means long walks, interactive play with toys, or cozy nap time. Every pet has their own personality and routine, and I always adapt to make sure they feel at home.
