About: I've own dogs since I was a kid. Grew up in a small village in the Laurentides. I'm currently the dad of an amazing Belgian Malinois so no dog are too much for me! I've been taking care of friends and neighbours dogs as I grew up and in college aswell! Me and my partner work at home. There is always one of us at home and when we go out we always take the dog with us. She is part of our family so your dog will be with a human 99% of the time! I have a pretty large apartment in Downtown. We have an area where dog play next to the building and a small yard for them to do their needs right by the side of the building. At home there many open space that we actively play with our malinois in !

I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is truly an exceptional dog sitter and someone I trust completely with my two dogs. She cared for them for two weeks while I was away on vacation, and she went above and beyond in every way. She gave them baths, kept them clean, comfortable, and happy, and provided the same loving attention I would give them myself. When I came home, my dogs looked absolutely wonderful and were clearly very well cared for. I now bring them to her regularly, and every time they see her, they are genuinely excited to be there. Their happiness when they arrive and when they come home says everything about how comfortable and loved they feel in her care. Her communication is also exceptional. She sends me photos and updates every morning and evening, which gives me tremendous peace of mind when I’m away. I always know that my dogs are safe, happy, and receiving wonderful care. She is caring, attentive, reliable, and truly treats my dogs as if they were her own. Finding someone you can trust completely with your pets is priceless, and I feel very fortunate to have found her. Kim-Mai was amazing and we would absolutely book again. I received updates multiple times a day. My dog was given lots of attention and instructions were followed. My dog is very picky with his food but he ate everyday which means he was very comfortable with Kim. She did everything to make Ace as comfortable as possible including using an ointment when his paws were agitated due to his allergies. I have used other sitters in the past and you can see my dog was visibly unhappy or nervous but when I came to pick Ace up from Kim he was very happy and energetic. I would recommend Kim-Mai to anyone that needs a sitter in Montreal.
