They watched Valencia for 4 nights while I was out of the country. She also got to do some extra curricular activities with them. About: I have always loved animals since I can remember, and I grew up with all kinds of cats and dogs - small ones with special needs, rescues, giant ones who drooled all over, senior cats, all kinds! I learned from the experience I had with each and every one of them. When friends and family go on vacation, I've always been the person they would ask to take care of their pets and I have a senior dog and a cat with special needs myself. I work from home so I have flexibility to take care of your fur baby! I'm available every day in afternoons and evenings, usually from 3pm to 8pm is when I have the most time. My schedule is flexible, so if you need some more availabilities, feel free to reach out and ask! I take safety seriously and will be very careful with your pet. I have experience in giving meds to both cats and dogs, and taking care of pets with special needs like diapers and bandages. I will provide photos and updates so you can rest assured your pet is doing well.

Caroline and her family took great care of my senior pup! I got photos every day of her living her best life I was worried she wouldn't want to come home. Pancit was so relaxed and comfortable. I hope that Caroline will become our regular caretaker. I couldn't imagine it going better :)
Nous avons laissé notre chatte Penny pour une durée de 17 jours sous les excellents soins de Karine et de son conjoint. Karine a bien pris soin d’écouter nos demandes ainsi que de nous poser d’excellentes questions par rapport au nos attentes et celles de Penny. Dès le premier jour, nous avons reçu des nouvelles et des photos qui démontraient à quel point Penny était déjà à l’aise, ce qui nous a permis de quitter avec l’esprit tranquille. Par la suite, nous recevions très régulièrement des nouvelles (avec photos et parfois vidéos) qui ont continuées à nous rendre heureux et confiants quand au déroulement du gardiennage. De plus, de façon globale, la communication fut excellente dès le premier contact, et ce, jusqu’à la fin. Nous considérons que Penny a vécu d’aussi belles vacances que nous-mêmes, ce qui est le scénario idéal dans le contexte. 😊 Nous la recommandons sans aucune hésitation et nous la recontacterons assurément pour la prochaine fois !

Kim-Mai was amazing and we would absolutely book again. I received updates multiple times a day. My dog was given lots of attention and instructions were followed. My dog is very picky with his food but he ate everyday which means he was very comfortable with Kim. She did everything to make Ace as comfortable as possible including using an ointment when his paws were agitated due to his allergies. I have used other sitters in the past and you can see my dog was visibly unhappy or nervous but when I came to pick Ace up from Kim he was very happy and energetic. I would recommend Kim-Mai to anyone that needs a sitter in Montreal.
