Calm & Cozy Dog Sitting
I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and have over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for them. We’ve usually had two at a time, so I’m very comfortable managing different personalities and energy levels, from high-energy dogs to more relaxed pets. I’m attentive, patient, and treat every dog like my own. I’m comfortable reinforcing basic training, sticking to routines, and adjusting care based on each dog’s individual needs. I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I live with my partner, and together we provide a calm, consistent, and welcoming home environment. We currently care for one dog at a time so they can get plenty of attention, structure, and a comfortable place to stay.

Bronwen and Adam took excellent care of our dog, Otus. They were easy to communicate with, sent lots of photos, and got Otus lots of exercise.

Bronwen is a fantastic dog host. A lifelong dog owner herself, she's completely in her element with pups in the house and treats every visiting dog like one of her own. Warm, attentive, and clearly experienced — she's hands-down the person I trust to look after my pooch.

Schedule
My partner and I are graduate students at McGill, and while our schedules can vary slightly, we maintain a consistent weekday routine. We’re typically out during the day but home by late afternoon (around 4 PM), allowing for evening walks, feeding, and quality time. We’re home full-time on weekends, which is when we focus on creating a relaxed, comfortable environment where your dog gets plenty of attention and care. Pet care fits naturally into our routine, and we’re able to provide a calm, structured home, especially for weekend stays.

Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a calm, clean, and pet-friendly home where dogs can settle in and feel at ease. I stick closely to each dog’s usual routine for feeding, walks, and sleep, and I follow any specific instructions to make their stay as familiar and stress-free as possible. I only care for one dog at a time, which allows me to give them my full attention and maintain a quiet, low-stress environment. My partner and I are both attentive and responsible, and we make sure dogs are always supervised when needed and never put in unsafe situations. I’m happy to provide updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away.
A typical day
A typical day is centered around making sure each dog gets the attention, exercise, and care they need. I plan my day around their routine, including walks, feeding, and plenty of time for play and interaction. I’m used to high-energy dogs, so I’m happy to provide longer walks and active play when needed, while also making sure more relaxed dogs have a calm, comfortable pace. At home, there’s always time for attention, play, and just hanging out so they feel settled and at ease. On weekends, when I’m home full-time, we can spend more time outside and enjoy a relaxed, cozy day together.
