“Geneviève was very nice. At the dropp off She took time to hear everything I had to tell about Mr. Lucky. She understood all my concerns and even let me take my time to pas my dog to her arm since it was a hard time for me to do so. She kept sending pictures from them having fun and keeping updated. And even at the pick up she gave me a detailed report of how he behaved and if I want to have a sitter next time whats better to do and not to do. Additionally, she was flexible as we ran a bit late in the ceremony and adjusted. She is a pearl, very responsive, understanding and kind. Third stay with Noé and she’s still the best! Chandler came home happy, healthy, and looking great. Noé kept up with Chandler’s eye wipes and his ear treatment, and his ear mites look completely cleared up now. That kind of diligence is hard to find. She sent photos and updates every single day, from the dog park to the splash pad to lazy mornings on the couch. She’s incredibly thorough too. She’d even let me know how his digestion was doing, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. Noé is warm, reliable, and clearly loves the dogs in her care. Can’t recommend her enough!

Julia et son compagnon m’ont inspiré confiance dès le début. Julia m’a proposé tout de suite de faire un « test » d’un jour + 1 nuit pour que Simba se sente à l’aise pour la plus longue garde que j’avais réservée, ce qui m’a rassurée sur son sérieux. Ils ont su s’adapter au fait que mon chien est encore un chiot (donc plus demandant en termes de vigilance qu’un chien adulte) et on a convenu ensemble des ajustements logistiques à apporter pour la plus longue garde. C’était donc très efficace de faire ce test. Simba était en pleine santé quand je l’ai récupéré. Merci beaucoup Julia!
Ibrahim accepted a last-minute request very quickly and he was very responsive at all times. I am very satisfied with his services. When I picked up Anita she seemed happy and relaxed. Ibrahim updated me periodically with pictures and videos of Anita walking, eating and resting and everything worked perfectly.
