“Honestly, wow. Zhen went above and beyond to make me feel at ease whole traveling away and helped me with way more than just boarding. For some background info - I have a 3 year old Samoyed that is very stubborn and I always had trouble training him on was able to work on some behavioral issues with him such as barking and pulling. Zhen worked on these points while I was gone and kept me updated during the whole time as well as sending me pics. My dog definitely looks like he had lots of fun and he trusted Zhen. He also gave me a lot of tips on how to correct some behaviors and made me understand why he was doing them in the first place. I am absolutely coming back to him for all my future travel and training needs. Thank you so much for all the care! ????”

We had such a great experience with Larissa & Carolina! 🐾 They sent us daily updates with the cutest pictures of Whiskey and little notes about his routine, which made such a difference. Manshuk and her famille are lovely and competent pet sitters and pet friends. She took great care of our two darling setters, was very much responsive and kind, and always gracious and patient. Shelbie was great with Fibi ! Fibi was happy to go at Shelbie’s house when arrived, which reassured me. She got along great with Gunner (Shelbie’s dog). Shelbie really took her complicated meds schedule seriously and kept me updated when I asked for pics / updates during the 2 weeks stay. I would recommend Shelbie to anyone who’s afraid to leave their dog elsewhere / when going away for a long period of time!
