Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work from home, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. Your pet will never feel lonely — between me and the three other adults in the house, there’s always someone available to offer love, cuddles, playtime, or potty breaks. Since I already care for my two dachshunds daily, adding another furry friend to the routine feels like second nature. Whether it’s walks, feeding, or just keeping them company, your pet will be treated like family and fully included in our home life.

We have a backyard where dogs can enjoy some outdoor time (always supervised), and your pet will have indoor space to relax, play, or nap comfortably. I follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible — whether it’s feeding times, walks, or special care instructions — and I send regular updates so you can feel at ease. If I’m caring for pets in your home, I respect your space and your pet’s routine. I’ll make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you're away, whether that means sticking to their walk schedule, feeding times, or giving medication if needed. I always aim to keep pets calm, happy, and stress-free in their familiar surroundings.

Before caring for your pet, I’d love to know: -Their daily routine (feeding times, walk schedule, sleep habits) -Personality and behavior (are they shy, playful, anxious, etc.) -How they get along with other dogs — especially small dogs like my dachshunds -Any medical needs or allergies -Favorite activities or things they don’t like -Crate-trained or not, and where they usually sleep -Commands they know or any training you’d like me to reinforce The more I know, the better I can make your pet feel safe, happy, and at home!

A typical day starts with a either morning walk (if asked by the client) or / and some outdoor time in the backyard to let the dogs stretch and get some energy out. Then it's time for breakfast and some relaxing inside — whether that’s napping or playing with toys. Throughout the day, I make sure the pets get attention, stimulation with interactive dog toys. We’ll do short play sessions, enrichment games, or another walk depending on the dog’s energy level. If your pet likes company, they’ll enjoy spending time with my two friendly dachshunds too! I send updates and photos during the day so you know your pet is safe, happy, and having a great time. Just need to ask. I can adjust the day to suit your dog personality and needs.
