I highly recommend Katelyn! She is a nurturing and attentive sitter. I was so impressed that my extremely shy cat actually made friends with her. She is definitely one of the best sitters in Brossard!

About: I've been pet sitting for friends for multiple years now, they know how much I love and care for our little furry friends. I've also done some pet sitting during my travels in Australia. In the past few years, I have fostered 14 cats of different ages, from energetic kittens to slower-paced seniors. I am experienced in administering medication if needed. I have hybrid work that is quite flexible. I'm available for pet care during weekends, the days I work remotely and evenings. Just let me know what your needs are and we can figure something out! Your pet's safety is always my #1 concern. I want to make sure that this is a comfortable experience, both for you and me, but also for your little furry friend. I'm extremely tidy and clean, so you'll always return to a clean home. I make sure to stay communicative and will send daily pictures as often as you want!

About: Hi, I’m Clio! I’ve been a dog mom for over 15 years—raising my high-energy Shnauzer from an 8-week-old tornado of teeth into the world’s best adventure buddy. That journey taught me everything about patience, positive training, and reading the subtle tail-flicks that say “I’m stressed” or “LET’S GO!” I’m bilingual (English/French)—a huge plus in Quebec—and I homeschool my kids, so I’m home all day to give your pup the attention, potty breaks, and play sessions they deserve. No rushed 30-minute drop-ins here; your dog gets a full-time furry-friend experience. Weekdays: Home all day (perfect for puppy potty training or senior check-ins) Boarding: Overnight stays welcome (your dog gets my bedroom floor… or the bed if they’re sneaky 😉) Fully fenced yard for zoomies & sunbathing Multiple play zones (grass, shade, kiddie-pool splash area) Updates with pictures or videos. Happy to host 2+ dogs—I love pack energy! Book early for multi-dog families I drive a dog-friendly SUV with secure crates and seat-belt harnesses. Happy to grab your pup or bring them home safe

Qi is the most professional and my animals loved her. When I met her my pets instantly liked her and were following her instantly to get some petting. I felt she knew what she was doing and that my animals would be safe. I not only was satisfied but she was beyond what I expected. She sent photos and videos each time she visited with a thorough description of her daily visits. Don't hesitate, book her, you won't be disappointed.

About: We are proud dog parents of a three year old pug. While going through this process of owning our own puppy, we have learned a lot about puppy training and care. Although this is our first puppy of our own, we have both grown up with family dogs and have cared for many of our family and friends dogs in the past and love spending time outside or curled up on the couch with a little fur buddy! We also owned a cat for 14 years and have great knowledge on how to care for cats. We both currently work from home and are available 7 days a week. We both attend extra curricular activities in the evenings, but one of us is always home to care for your fur baby! Melanie is usually the one doing the dog walking/ care :) We have a small fenced backyard that we can accompany your doggy to and we also live about a 10 minute walk from a beautiful park that we can visit regularly! We would also allow the pets we've cared for before onto the furniture but if you are uncomfortable with that we can establish that rule in our home as well. We take our puppy to visit the dog park daily as it is very close to our apartment and if you would like, we can bring your pup there for a play as well!

About: I am a lifelong lover of animals but I haven't had a pet in a long while, so I am missing that connection. The happiness of a dog is contagious and I would love to be around dogs more often! I work from home and exercise regularly and thought it would be a great combo to walk with a dog. For at-home visits, I am comfortable with lots of play time and cuddles or with giving the dogs some space. I look forward to meeting your dogs! I work from home with a very flexible schedule. I am available at all times to suit your needs and will enjoy the exercise and interaction, just as much as your fur baby! I have a fenced in yard at my place, should you wish for me to board your dog outside your home. There are no children or other animals at my house, so your dog will receive full attention with cuddles if that's what they want. If your dog needs to run around and sniff, there's lots of green spaces. I also love the challenge of introducing mental stimulation with interactive toys too!

I am so happy I trusted my instincts with Rojina and chose her to take care or our cat Hedwyg, who is a rescue. He is normally very shy and hides when someone unknown comes to the house. But with Rojina, he came out on day one! She clearly has a gift for taking care of animals and really respect them. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. She updated us with pictures and comments and adhere to all our specific needs. She is a true professional and profoundly cares. Thank you for everything Rojina?

About: Bonjour! I also speak english and spanish if that's better for your or your companion Nous sortons faire une petite promenade avant de dormir et dès le réveil. About: Hello! My name is Julianna, but most people call me Jules! I am grad student looking to work with animals as I am passionate about animal care. I have plenty of experience with various species – from all sorts of reptiles and amphibians, small animals, fish, to cats! I am in no way fearful of any task involving animals and I am always ready to help out! Additionally, I am a registered foster home for Heart in Hand Rescue as well as the SPCA. I specialize in caring for neonatal kittens – ensuring they are bottle-fed, healthy, and steadily gaining weight until they are ready for adoption! I have dealt with very sickly kittens and therefore feel as though I am knowledgeable, experienced, and ready to take on any task. I would gladly spend time playing or giving your pets lots of attention (if they want to!) and I am comfortable administering medications if need be. I look forward to hearing from you! Kindest regards, Julianna L. I am currently a grad student, so my schedule can vary at times, however over the holidays I will be completely free! Feel free to message me and we can work something out :) I am very patient, gentle, and understanding. I know that pets can be apprehensive when it comes to meeting someone new. As a cat foster/rescuer, I have worked with all different kinds of personalities - playful, friendly, shy, fearful, and even feral (having never interacted with humans before). I will take the time to get to know your pet, and will do everything to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you are away. Additionally, I will always send photo updates to keep you in the loop!

About: I’ve babysat/taken care of animals for as long as I can remember. I am an avid animal lover and I’ve volunteered and countless animal shelters. Fun fact: I’ve trained my cat to sit! I currently study part-time and work at home so I can easily stay home most of the time to take care and look after your pets! I have cat and dog toys as well as easy access to a large yard outside my home. I aim to play a lot with dogs and make sure they get enough exercise as well as with cats.

Frequently asked questions about Rover

The average cost for Pet Sitting in Brossard on Rover is $27.75 per visit (as of July 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of Pet Sitting easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for Pet Sitting. For more information on service fees, click here .

There are 1,805 sitters on Rover for Pet Sitting in Brossard. About 83% of Brossard sitters can respond to requests in under 60 minutes. Whether you’re planning ahead for holidays, need last-minute care, or need same-day coverage for an urgent trip, you can message multiple sitters at once to find available care.

Once you find the right match, you can arrange a Meet & Greet to ensure they are a perfect fit for your pet’s personality before confirming.

A pet sitter can provide focused care sessions, help your pet’s routine stay on track, or keep you updated on your pet’s mood and energy levels.

Whether you’re at the office for the day or travelling for a few nights, a pet sitter can offer poop breaks during a Brossard stroll, cleaning the litter box, or making sure your pet has on-time food or water refills. For daytime services like walking and drop-ins, you can also request sitters to send a report card with every visit.

Tip: You can discuss your specific arrangements with a pet sitter on Rover based on what fits you, your pet, and your sitter’s needs. To find what their special skills are, look at the "Skills" and "Pet care experience" sections on their profile.

You can coordinate how much supervision you want directly with your sitter. While every sitter’s schedule varies, here are some examples of supervision by pet care service:

  • Boarding or doggy day care: Many sitters can provide frequent companionship because they design their day specifically around the pets in their care or work from home.
  • House sitting: Your sitter generally stays in your home for the requested duration, which may include overnight care. They may step out briefly to visit other pet clients, but your home remains their primary base.
  • Drop-in visits or dog walking: These can be scheduled in 30- or 60-minute windows (and can be shorter or longer at your request) to help your pet receive dedicated attention and care during those specific times.

Interested in constant or 24/7 care? This service often incurs an additional fee but many sitters are happy to discuss this option with you.

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Brossard choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they do not have any disqualifying offences.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.

Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a veterinary professional or offer other resources to help.

If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means Rover Support will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. On Rover:

  • 91% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 87% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 98% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
