About: I’ve been caring for pets for about 10 years, working with all kinds of dogs. This has included energetic puppies to senior dogs who need a little extra patience and attention. I also have experience administering medications and caring for dogs with behavioral or medical needs, including leash reactivity. Over time, I’ve built strong relationships with a few families who continue to trust me with their pups. I love staying active with dogs who enjoy long walks and playtime, but I’m just as happy spending time with dogs who need a calmer, more comforting presence. My goal is always to make pets feel safe and loved, even if it is scary having their person away. I understand that every dog has different needs, and I always prioritize safety, clear communication, and making sure your pet feels comfortable and cared for. As a student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pet. Whether that means keeping them company while I study or taking them out for fun, active time, I’m happy to do both. At this time, I don’t plan to take pets into my own home, but I take safety very seriously when caring for pets in their own environment. I make sure that anything potentially harmful is kept out of reach and that pets are always in a safe, secure space. I’m also attentive to their behavior, especially when they may be bored or curious, to ensure they don't get into anything they shouldn’t. About: I have two cats and frequently find myself caring for other's pets too. I love all animals as my own and will take great care of your cuties and your place. In my interactions, I take your pet's lead in the amount of energy and attention they need from me, whether that is going for long walks up the mountain or having a quiet conversation on the couch. You can expect photos and updates after each visit! 💕 I have experience caring for dogs of various breeds and sizes and providing basic training via positive reinforcement learning. Additionally, I am an avid plant keeper and would be happy to maintain your plant collection or garden while you are away. Please note: If you request boarding services, your dog needs to be socialized with cats. I have a smallish fenced-in yard that can be set up to comfortably host a pup with in-and-out access. We would need to have a meet and greet with my cats in advance to see if it's a good fit. As a school educator who is off over the summer, I have a very open schedule during the day. This allows me to provide your pet with the frequent bathroom breaks, medication, and personalized attention they may need to stay happy and comfortable while you're away. I am careful to follow your instructions fully. I myself have regimented care instructions for my cats including doing ninja moves to make sure they do not escape outside as well as weighing their food to the gram and you can expect the same amount of care toward your cuties. I am knowledgeable about potential toxins to both cats and dogs and will make sure they stay clear of them. On walks, I am actively scanning the environment to spot potential dangers or keep your dog from being a street vacuum 😉
About: I've sat for dogs, cats, fish, and rabbits throughout my life. I am particularly used to caring for dogs, having raised two family dogs. Experienced with hard leash tuggers, puppies, senior dogs, training, playtime, and of course petting. My top priority is keeping your dog happy and safe. About: Starting off with a Briard when I was 5, my family quickly introduced me to a household including pets to take care of. While I was too young/small to walk our Briard at the time alone, I developed a strong connection to pets. I helped out friends of our family and took care of their pets and worked on dog fairs. Recently, I had the opportunity to go dog sledding with a pack of wonderful Huskies. Over the years I took care of plenty of cats whenever needed. But since my family included my mother as a veterinarian, my uncle as a farrier and my cousin who’s an equestrian trainer, we always had all kinds of animals and pets around - which I enjoyed to the fullest! I am a german living in Montreal, and I love animals and to take care of them. I am working from home, so I can always be there for your pet. To make this the best environment for your pets needs, I am happy to get active and, if needed and desired, take your pets on frequent walks. I condemn any form of physical or emotional violence against animals. For me, taking care of animals is making sure they are safe and feeling well (also if that means leaving them alone ;-)). At my apartment, there is no other pets, or kids. I don’t have a garden, but the apartment is rather big and bright. I live close to greenery and pedestrian areas, which would be my first choice for walking your pet.

About: Mon copain et moi adorons les chiens! Notre chien Arnold, un fox-hound Américain, est décédé beaucoup trop tôt d’un cancer cette année à l’âge de 6 ans. On s’ennuie de s’occuper d’un chien, mais ne sommes pas prêts en adopter un nouveau pour le moment. C’est pourquoi on offre nos services pour la garde et la promenade de chiens! Nous sommes habitués aux longues promenades beau temps-mauvais temps, aux jeux de stimulations diversifiés et nous sommes beaucoup à la maison, ce qui nous permet d’offrir une présence quasi constante à votre chien. On adore faire des activités avec les chiens, mais aussi passer des moments avec eux à la maison! On s’adapte aux besoins et envies de votre chien. Nous sommes disponibles pour du gardiennage de courte ou de longue période, selon vos besoins. Nous avons une maison tranquille avec une cour et habitons au cœur du Vieux-Longueuil, près de la piste cyclable du bord de l’eau. - entraînement de base - promenade en laisse - administration de médicaments* (à discuter) - jeux extérieurs et intérieurs - moments de qualités :) Je travaille à la maison 4 jours/semaine et nous sommes presque toujours là le soir. La fin de semaine, on sort rarement plus de 3 heures consécutives. Notre cour n’est pas clôturée, ce qui fait que nous gardons les chiens attachés (longue laisse) et surveillés s’ils vont dans la cour. Nous avons aussi une barrière qui peut être installée sur notre grande terrasse en été si le chien souhaite nous accompagner à l’extérieur en dehors de périodes de marche. Il y a très peu d’escaliers ce qui fait que c’est adapté aux chiens qui auraient des difficultés avec ceux-ci.
