“Andréa et Marc-Andre ont été très gentils, chaleureux et détendus. Ils ont pris grand soin de notre chienne, Blu, qui s’est beaucoup amusée à jouer avec leur chien, Yokai. She went above and beyond caring for our Cognac as if it was their own even if with them for just a short period. They washed him, took him for a pedicure, got him a new toy, took him for strolls as well as the dog park. Took pictures daily showing him and making us see how well he was. You can tell Joni has a dog love affair and are not doing this as a means to make money , they simply love dogs and dogs like them. “From start to finish, Geneviève went above and beyond to make sure our pups were happy, comfortable, and truly cared for. She took the time to read through all of our dogs’ info and it showed! Every detail was remembered, and their routine was followed perfectly. We got tons of photos and videos throughout the stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. She also let the dogs play in the snow in the backyard which is their absolute favorite thing in the world. Our dogs adored Geneviève, and so did we. “From the moment we did our meet and greet I knew my fur baby was in good hands. She made us feel very welcome that already then, he was not ready leave and the meet up. He immediately love her calm presence and was begging for belly rubs. This is the first time a drop off felt so effortless and lightweight. She already had many variety of toys to play with , a dog feeding set up and a cozy bed. Which meant I was able to save the hassle and travel lighter. She took a great interest in finding out his likes, his routine. She sent me updates on his stay alone with very cute pictures. I was so reassured by how much fun and how calm he looks. She took him on lots of walks. When I picked his up he was so cute laying there peacefully. I’ve tried many sitters and this is the first time that I felt so at peace leaving him, I’m so glad I found someone that my dog meshes well with and doesn’t feel anxious with. Probablement, comme tous les pawrents, nous étions stressés de laisser Choupette avec des gens qu’elle n’avait jamais vu. Nous étions mal pris et quelqu’un nous a parlé de Rover. Nous sommes absolument enchanté de l’expérience. Mélissa et Mathieu sont exceptionnels, l’accueil, les suivis, les photos et vidéos nous montrant notre petit Choupette. Elle a beaucoup aimé son séjour et elle va sans doute nous demander de partir en voyage pour retourner se faire garder chez Melisa et Mathieu retrouver ses nouveaux amis Noah et Nugget. Nous n’hésiteront pas à faire appel à eux c’est certain.
Nous recommandons cette pet-sitter à 100 % ! Elle accueille les chiens chez elle comme si c'étaient les siens et les intègre pleinement à son quotidien. Elle est très attentionnée, s'adapte aux besoins de chaque chien et a plein de petites attentions qui font la différence. Nous avons reçu très régulièrement des nouvelles avec de nombreuses photos, ce qui nous a beaucoup rassurés pendant notre absence. Donafel has been a longtime friend of mine, so when I found out she started doing Rover, I knew right away who to contact while we were away on vacation for almost two weeks. On a laissé Kiki avec Dino pendant nos vacances de 22 jours. Il était fantastique et je sais que Kiki a vrm aimé rester chez lui. Il nous a envoyé des photos/vidéos de Kiki tout le temps. C'était facile de lui parler même avec le décalage d'horaire. Kiara était bien et on était tranquille, car on savait qu'elle était bien soignée. On a fait le bon choix ☺️. Vlada was wonderful with Tank. She was caring and very communicative, sent a lot of pics without having to ask! Tank seemed completely comfortable with her and I know she took very good care of him. As a protective mama bear, I know it takes a lot out of us to leave our precious pups in somebody else’s hand, so believe me when I say I do recommend Vlada as a sitter!
