About: Hi! I'm Andrea—a lifelong animal lover originally from a small town in Costa Rica where I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, horses, cows, pigs, goats, rabbits, and parrots! I’ve spent 15+ years working in the corporate world, but now I’m taking a break from that fast-paced lifestyle to do something that brings me joy—caring for animals 🐾 Since moving to Canada, I’ve been dog sitting for friends while they travel, and both the dogs and their humans have been super happy with my care. I only care for a small number of pets at a time to ensure each one gets personalized attention and feels right at home. When visiting your home, I’m respectful, responsible, and always treat your space and pets with care—as if they were my own. I stay in close contact, sharing updates, photos, and anything you need to feel confident while you're away. About: Hi there! 🤗 I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. My journey with pets started when I was 9 years old with a sweet little Poodle named Kelly, and I’ve been surrounded by furry companions ever since. Today, I share my home with two adorable pup, Kira, a spirited Yorkie, and Pixie, a playful Maltese. With two aunts who are veterinarians, I’ve learned a lot about pet care and animal behavior over the years. Whether it’s playtime, a walk, or simply keeping your pet company while you're away, I treat every animal like family, with patience, kindness, and lots of love. I can’t wait to meet your four-legged friend and give them the attention and care they deserve! I do have a full time job at the moment, but I am free in the evenings / nights and on weekends for dog sitting / walking. Our apt now is a bit small, so we're not taking in dogs for day care. I take care of other dogs as if they were my own.

She had no problem with both cats eating different food and having different portion sizes. One cat also had a pill to take and is prone to vomiting due to a chronic health condition, and is very nervous and hides a lot. Jenny tackled all of this and took all of the instructions and followed them exactly. It was such a relief and so reassuring to see how comfortable my cats were with her and to leave my babies in such capable and loving hands. She sent me photos and updates with each visit. She even brought the cats a toy, which they loved. I will be booking Jenny again when I need a sitter!”

About: Je suis française et je suis arrivée à Montréal en septembre 2025 pour un PVT de 2 ans. J'ai toujours vécu avec des chiens et c'est toujours un bonheur pour moi de passer du temps avec ces compagnons à quatre pattes. Je suis quelqu'un de calme et attentionnée. Je prendrai cette tâche très au sérieux. N'ayant pas l'habitude des NAC, je ne souhaite garder que des petits/moyens chiens (40 lbs max) ou des chats pour l'instant. Je travaille à temps partiel et ai donc du temps libre à consacrer à cette activité. N’hésitez pas à me contacter pour plus d'informations ou pour organiser une première rencontre ! About: I grew up in a home with dogs and cats. I like to spend time on a walk or just cuddling and taking care of them. I’m currently working in part-time job at night. So I will be mostly available on weekdays in the morning and afternoon. Schedule might change every week I’ll take care of your pet at your place or take him/her outside for a walk. About: What makes me stand out is the experience I’ve had fostering dogs with FurBae Montreal, where I cared for rescue dogs coming from Qatar. I’ve had the chance to look after all kinds of dogs, big, small, young, older, and with very different personalities so I’ve learned how to adjust to what each dog needs pretty quickly. Some dogs needed a lot of patience and time to feel comfortable, while others were super energetic and just wanted to play and be active. That experience really taught me how to read their behavior and make them feel safe and cared for. I’m very hands on, attentive, and I genuinely enjoy building that trust with them. At the end of the day, I treat every dog like it’s my own and make sure they feel comfortable, whether it’s during a walk or while staying with me. My schedule is very flexible, which makes me really available for dog walking and pet sitting throughout the day and on weekends. I work as a Pilates instructor and own a studio here in Montreal, and since I’m a freelance contractor, I’m able to manage my own hours. My studio is also very pet-friendly, so if a dog has separation anxiety or just does better being around people, I can easily bring them with me so they’re not left alone for long periods. It’s a calm, welcoming environment, and I always make sure the dogs I’m with are comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, I’m pretty adaptable and can work around different schedules depending on what works best for you and your pet. I currently live in an apartment, but I also go back and forth to my family’s home in Dorval where we have two friendly female dogs. If your dog is comfortable being around other dogs, that can be a great environment for them with lots of space and a fenced backyard to enjoy. If not, my apartment is more than big enough to host your pet comfortably. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so there’s plenty of space for them to settle in. There’s also an open field right behind my building and a great park just down the street, which makes it easy to get them outside for walks and fresh air. I’m happy to adapt depending on what your dog is used to and what makes you feel most comfortable.

About: I have dealt with nearly 2000 dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments as an SPCA volunteer over 7 years and private dog daycare worker. I am a musician with a fairly flexible schedule and have several week days and weekends available (day time) to dog walk and dog sit at a client's home. I take the utmost care of dogs at a client's home and while on walks, ensuring their safety at all times. I do not get distracted with my cell phone or other electronics while working which has become an epidemic.

About: I'm a professional dog handler recently moved back to Montreal. I have been a dog handler for over a decade, starting in dog daycare in Vancouver, BC. For the past five years, I have been independently walking pups in and around Montreal. I am very comfortable with reactive dogs, and offer one-on-one walks where we can work on skills and obedience. If your pup prefers to have a pack, we can find a group that really suits them for urban neighborhood walks or Park adventures. If your puppy needs to work on basic skills I am passionate about positive reinforcement training methods, and I would love to chat about that. I'm comfortable putting on and taking off any gear needed for the weather, we usually walk rain shine or snow. Happy to cater to any dietary needs, and I am comfortable administering any medication needed. We can chat about energy level and exercise needs; if it's a senior pup that prefers companionship over a long walk, we can play a brain game or do some indoor fetch after a shorter walk. Dog walking is my only job, and I am flexible with my schedule. I am happy to walk morning, afternoon or evening, I'm sure we can find something that works! A big part of making your pup feel comfortable is keeping to their schedule, so I stick to their established routine as closely as possible. I personally love hiking and long walks, and as they say, a tired pup is a happy pup. This will mean something different for every pup, so we can go over their day-to-day in detail during our meet and greet. Comfortable administering any medication needed, light grooming and keeping up any obedience training. I'm certified in pet first aid through Walks n' Wags, which I continue to keep updated. I have a pet first aid kit on my person for all dog walks and park adventures. I love to work on obedience, especially recall, so I always have a big pouch of high value treats on me. I use positive reinforcement only, so please let me know if you dog has any food allergies, sensitivities or dietary restrictions of any kind. I'm a very experienced dog and house sitter, happy to provide lots of additional references from my walking clients in Montreal.

I sometimes work on weekends, and while my schedule offers a variety of time slots, it is overall somewhat limited (hence the reduced rate). I can adapt to owners’ needs during the week, depending on what works best for them! I’m currently studying for my DESS, which gives me free time and flexibility to go for walks, spend time at the park, or take care of your dogs! I’m quite active and can easily adapt to your dog’s energy level. In the past, I’ve cared for several pets for friends, including puppies, cats, and reactive/rescue dogs, and I also have experience administering oral medications. About: Ive had pets around me my whole life. Whether it be my own pets or my neighbours, I cannot get enough of them. I try to be around animals as much as possible. I also do horseback riding so I really love all animals. I have a lot of experience with puppies and do not scare easy! I work from home so I spend most week days on my couch with my laptop and would love the extra company! I have a dog park nearby that’s normally empty and would love to get the extra exercise. My neighbourhood is quite dog friendly so an aggressive dog may not be the best fit here I would always make sure your pet is comfortable in my home and that he/she trusts me. I would never want an uncomfortable environment for either of us, and would contact you right away if that was the case.
