About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 15 and can’t imagine life without them! I’ve looked after dogs of all ages — from playful puppies to gentle seniors — and have experience with feeding, bathing, walking, grooming, and even giving medication when needed. I grew up with a family poodle, later adopted a bichon, and now share my home with my happy, playful Westie boy. I’m patient, active, and affectionate, and I treat every dog like my own. Whether it’s boarding, daycare, walks, or drop-in visits, your furry friend will get plenty of love, care, and attention while you’re away. I’ve also taken care of several cats for friends over the years and absolutely love their unique personalities! Whether it’s feeding, cleaning litter boxes, giving medication, or just spending time to make them feel comfortable and loved, I always make sure each cat gets the attention they deserve. I understand that every cat has their own routine and space, so I take a gentle, patient approach to help them feel safe and happy while their owners are away. Pet care naturally fits into my daily and weekly routine because caring for animals has always been part of my life. I start and end my day by walking, feeding, and playing with my own dog, and I often schedule time during the day for walks. Whether it’s a quick walk, a cuddle break, or overnight care, I enjoy making time for pets throughout my week—it’s something I truly love and look forward to. At my home, your dog will be treated like part of the family! I have a friendly and playful Westie who loves making new friends, so your pup will always have great company for walks, playtime, and cuddles. I make sure each dog feels comfortable by following their usual routine for feeding, exercise, and rest. For cats, I prefer to care for them in their own home where they feel safest and most relaxed. I visit to feed, clean litter boxes, and spend quality time with them, always respecting their space and personality.
About: I offer calm, patient care and take the time to understand each pet's unique personality. I focus on routines, cleanliness, and a safe, low-stress environment so your pet feels comfortable and at home. I’m currently flexible with my schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time, attention, and care to your pet. I’m happy to adapt to your pet’s routine, feeding times, and play needs. My clean, quiet studio apartment is situated near dog parks and is equipped with a cat tree, litter boxes, and safe spaces for your pet to relax I prioritize cleanliness, supervision, and a calm environment to ensure pets feel secure and comfortable.

About: I have taken care of dogs, bunnies, cats, for 10+ years. My strength has been in caring for animals with anxiety, nervousness, or shyness, and bringing them comfort and a positive environment. I am very good at reinforcing training for the young ones to provide them consistency and stability in their routine. I am gifted in reading animals and having a lot of patience, and a great passion for them. This allows me to connect with them really effectively and be able to create a safe and loving experience for your fur babies! Pet care fits really naturally into my routine. I work full‑time as an operations manager from home, which gives me a lot of flexibility during the day for walks, check‑ins, playtime, and just being present. I’m not rushing in and out between commitments—your pet gets real attention worked into my day, not squeezed in as an afterthought. I used to dog sit in my own home and absolutely loved it, but after moving, my landlord no longer allows pets. Continuing to care for animals in clients’ homes is my way of keeping that connection I genuinely miss. Spending time with pets is something I want to do, not just something I’m fitting in. Because my schedule is flexible, I can adapt to your pet’s needs—whether that’s midday walks, medication timing, extra companionship during the workday, or sticking closely to an established routine. It ends up feeling very natural and consistent for them, which I know makes a big difference. For me, pet care is a grounding, enjoyable part of my week—and for your pet, it means calm, reliable care from someone who truly enjoys being there! When I care for pets in your home, I treat it like it’s their space and their routine, not just a place I’m visiting. I stick closely to your instructions—feeding schedules, walk times, meds, house rules—so everything feels as normal as possible for them. I make sure they get plenty of attention, play, and comfort, whether that means active time or just being a calm, reassuring presence nearby. I’m respectful of your home, keep things clean and tidy, and always prioritize safety (doors secure, leashes on, food stored properly). I also love sending updates and photos so you can see how your pet is doing and feel totally at ease while you’re away. My goal is simple: your pet feels relaxed and well cared for, and you come home to a happy animal and a home just the way you left it.
Dogs have always been a big part of our lives. We both grew up with them and loved every moment of it. Over the years, we've shared our home with a basset hound, a bernese mountain dog, a toy poodle, a pug, and a polish lowland sheepdog, and trained them all ourselves. Each one had their own personality and temperament, and each one taught us something new! We're an active couple and genuinely love bringing dogs along for runs or long walks. We currently don't have a dog at home, so honestly, it would be such a pleasure to go on walks and runs with yours. Whether your pup is a couch potato or a bundle of energy, we will adapt and match their style. We both work from home most days, which means our days are pretty flexible. We can easily fit drop-in visits and dog walks into our routine without it feeling rushed. Whether it's a morning walk, a midday check-in, or an afternoon visit, we're able to adapt to your pet's schedule rather than the other way around! When we come to your home, our priority is making sure your pet feels safe and comfortable in their own space. We know that animals are always more relaxed in a familiar environment, so we follow their routines, respect their habits, and take the time to let shy or nervous pets warm up to us at their own pace. For dog walks, we stay attentive at all times. We keep an eye on body language, stay in safe areas, and make sure every outing is a good experience for your pup. Your home and your pet are in careful, caring hands!
About: With over 5 years of hands-on experience, I’ve cared for pets of all breeds, ages, and temperaments. I’m trained in pet first aid and CPR, comfortable with administering medication, and experienced in handling pets with behavioral or medical needs. My approach is calm, confident, and always centered on creating a safe, loving environment. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine—I’m up early and fully available throughout the day to give your pet all the playtime, cuddles, and interaction they need to feel loved, engaged, and at ease. My home is thoughtfully set up with gates, crates, and cozy resting spaces to ensure each pet feels safe and comfortable. While each animal has their own “safe spot” to relax in peace, there’s also a shared space where they can socialize and play under constant supervision, mostly outdoors during the day and indoors to wind down.
“Mavis took many photos and a video. She also gave me updates and did so much with Coco in the hour as well. She spent time going over instructions prior to this appointment and picking up the key.”

About: I'm an experienced cat-owner, but can't have a cat of my own due to my partner's allergies. I'd love to fill this gap by caring for your furry friend while you're away! Think of me as the fun aunt. Your pets will be lovingly cared for--maybe even a little spoiled--in your absence. I'm professional, communicative, and reliable. I have over a decade of experience caring for the pets of friends, neighbors, and other clients. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet behind, and my goal is to make you feel as at ease as possible. I send regular photos and updates, follow instructions to help your pet maintain their routine, and provide a calm, consistent presence to help build trust over time with your furry friend. In addition to cats, I have experience caring for other small animals such as rabbits and birds. Generally, I'm very flexible and happy to fit visits into your pet's typical routine. I do work part-time, typically Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays during the day. On these days, I'm available for drop-ins earlier in the morning and after 6 pm, depending on your location. Please feel free to message me--I'm happy to work something out as far as my schedule allows. When in a client's home I'm respectful, communicative and diligent about following instructions. I want you to feel worry-free while you're away! I'll take my cues from your cat while getting to know them. If they take a little bit of time to warm up to a new person, I'm happy to be a calm, predictable presence while they get used to having someone new in their space. This is how I've befriended a lot of the indoor/outdoor cats in my neighborhood!
“Mehak was very attentive to my kitty’s needs. She was punctual, communicative and took excellent direction. Respected my home and my cat. I would recommend her to anyone looking for assistance. Thank you Mehak for your help in a pinch!”

About: I grew up with 30+ bunnies in my backyard, and had 3 cats. My mom still has 2 rescued dogs and 4 rescued cats and 1 bird that i babysit sometimes while working from home. I currently live with my sister that has a small pugchi mix so i’m used to being the babysitter for her as well when she goes to work or on trips. I took care of 2 ex-boyfriend’s dogs that were a german shepherd and a golden retriever. I work from home 100% of the time (so I can stay for as long as needed and give your home and furry friends all the love and attention they deserve!) All i need is for you to have reliable Wi-Fi i can connect to in order to work. Im able to give your pet attention throughout the whole day and go for potty breaks when needed. Walks would be before work, during lunchbreak and after work. I speak FR and EN. I can give you updates and pictures as much as you need to feel like your baby is safe. I’m a very calm person and would be working on my computer wether it’s a weekday or weekend so your home is in good hands. I can also do a house clean for a fee if you’re interested.
About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life and have experience caring for dogs, cats, birds, ducks, and other pets with patience and love. I’m comfortable caring for senior pets who need extra attention, administering basic care, and understanding animal behavior and needs. I also have experience helping a mother cat during birth and caring for newborn kittens. Animals naturally feel safe around me, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I recently went back to studying, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. Because of this, I’m able to give pets the attention, patience, playtime, and care they deserve throughout the day. Spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy, so pet care fits very naturally into my routine. I care for pets by making sure they feel safe, calm, and comfortable in a clean and loving environment. In my home or a client’s home, I follow the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care instructions. I pay close attention to each pet’s personality and needs, whether they are energetic and playful or older and need a quieter, more gentle approach. I also make sure they always have fresh water, a clean space, and plenty of affection and attention so they don’t feel stressed or lonely while their owner is away.
About: I believe animals are always communicating with us, and I approach pet care by listening first and responding with patience and care. I have 12 years of experience with my own dog and have worked through reactivity, anxiety, fear of noises, and leash pulling using positive reinforcement. I have worked with multiple trainers over the years and have spent a lot of time learning about dog behaviour and psychology, which has shaped how I care for animals today. I pay close attention to body language and subtle cues like freezing, yawning, or disengaging. When a dog seems overwhelmed, I focus on helping them feel safe and settled by creating space, choosing calmer routes or environments, or redirecting them toward something grounding. With shy or nervous dogs, I always let them approach on their own terms and give them the freedom to take breaks or step away when needed. I also believe in balancing physical and mental stimulation. Along with fulfilling walks, I enjoy incorporating enrichment like sniffing games, confidence-building activities, and gentle training. These activities work well for high-energy dogs and can also help more nervous or shy dogs feel comfortable and confident. I have experience caring for large and small dogs, puppies, and senior dogs, as well as administering medication including pills, liquids, topical treatments, and ear drops. I am very comfortable following vet instructions and care routines, and I tend to be very organized and attentive to detail. Above all, I genuinely care about each animal’s wellbeing and individuality. I use patience, positive reinforcement, and observation as the foundation of my care, and I always do my best to make sure every pet feels safe, understood, and cared for. I’m currently a work-from-home professional so I am quite flexible time and space wise. I am available at virtually any time and can readily offer overnight care in your home while you’re away. With a persistent attention to detail, I frequently look out for when an animal is trying to communicate a need, such as them wanting water, to play, to eat, to be pet, etc. I always ensure they have fresh, clean water and that they are fed the appropriate amount and on time. I also like to spend quality time with them giving them belly rubs and and behind-the-ear scratches. I also look out for their safety by keeping things that might be dangerous out of reach as well as checking in on them frequently to make sure they are doing well :)
“I needed someone at the last minute, and was not home to give the keys or instructions. Fiorella seamlessly received and followed instructions remotely to get access to the keys and take care of my old lady cat. I strongly recommend her!”

About: I’ve taken care of my family while growing up. Recently, I’ve fostered 2 female dogs so far and I really loved my experience. I cared for one dogs after she got spayed and my other girl was abused and not fixed. I know some of them just need a touch of gentleness and loads of love and care. I’m currently working full-time (8-5pm) but I have rotational schedule so I have a lot of downtime to care and play with your pets. Also, my roommates work from home and they love dogs as much as me since we cared for our fosters together so someone is always home and supervising. I have a fenced front and back yard and 2 lovely human roommates who loves dogs as much as me. My neighbours have 2 dogs as well so they can keep them entertained if your pet would enjoy!
“Melissa did a great job looking after Mona while I was away for a few days, looking forward to having her look after my cat again, hopefully this time Mona is not too skidish haha.”

About: I work mostly from home, am reliable, caring and very active. I don't have a yard, however I live close to large parks and beautiful areas to go exercise dogs. My personal dog is high energy, we are constantly out for adventures. I am a dog trainer as a hobby, lots of understanding of canine body language/ behavior/needs, tons of puppy experience and I love high drive, high energy dogs. I work from home, can provide walks and exercise especially in the morning, the best way to start the day. During work hours, i can provide potty breaks whenever necessary No yard, but plenty of areas walking or driving distance to go move with dogs, no matter the weather conditions, dogs must move ! I do require dogs to be crate trained if they are boarding with me, mainly for safety should I need to leave them alone.
“I had a fantastic experience with Rylan as my petsitter. Rylan was incredibly caring with my two cats, ensuring they were well-fed and even taking the time to pet them. The regular reports and photos sent during my absence provided great peace of mind. I'll definitely be booking Rylan for future pet-sitting needs.”

About: Pet care experience: I have experience with many types of dogs, including nervous or reactive ones. I stay calm and patient, helping dogs feel safe and comfortable. I understand their signals and know how to manage stress or biting behavior with kindness and care. I work from home, so I’m around most of the day. After my work hours, I have time to take dogs for a nice walk and give them lots of love and attention. I work from home, so your pets will never be left alone. I live in a calm, pet-friendly apartment and always make sure every dog feels safe, relaxed, and loved.
Montréal-Ouest pet parents share their Rover experiences
Rylan was amazing. We had a unexpected family emergency that extended our trip a little and not only was he able to accommodate, but also did a few other things around the house that made everything so much easier when we got home. All this was done on top of his always amazing pet care.

Merci encore Sarah !

Outstandingly amazing cat sitter. On top of her being a kind and compassionate person, she treated my cat with the utmost respect and care. She is highly attentive to details and caught on to small changes in my cat's walk and her behaviour that lead us to recognize she was sick. She took extra time to visit my cat outside her normal hours, gave her her meds each day and dealt with vet visits as we were away. Without her my cat would have suffered. Instead she was loved and cared for by someone so wonderful. I could not recommend Chanel more.

We had an amazing experience with Madison while we were away for two weeks. She took wonderful care of our two cats, feeding them, spending quality time playing with them, and making sure they were happy and comfortable. We really appreciated the regular photos and videos, which kept us at ease the whole trip. Super sweet, reliable, and sh clearly loves cats! Super recommend!

Jane is amazing! She took such great care of our 2 cats. Our cats recently had some health issues and Jane was incredibly attentive and reassuring throughout the whole time. She kept a close eye on their eating and litter habits and overall behaviour, and kept us updated after every visit and sent us lots of photos of our cats having a great time! It gave us such peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands! We absolutely recommend Jane to anyone looking for a caring and reliable cat sitter!! 😊

Charlee is delightful. She truly loves animals and it shows. She loved on my affectionate old cat in our absence and took great care of her during the twice daily visits. She even got her to take her pill without a hassle (that’s what the cat told me). I have full confidence that Charlee will do her best for your family fur member.

I have a kitty with asthma who needs her inhaler daily, so I wanted to make sure to find a pet sitter who knew how to approach pets gently and how to make them comfortable enough for medications. Chyanne was an excellent choice, my cat let her give her the inhaler without issue! She took the time to play with both of my cats and made sure they had everything they needed while i was gone. I’ll definitely get in touch with Chyanne again for my future trips – the peace of mind is deeply worth it!

Emma is an exceptional cat sitter. While we were away, she cared lovingly for our senior cat, giving her the attention and companionship she needed. Emma took time every day to sit with her, even during naps, ensuring she felt comforted and never alone. Her compassion, reliability, and dedication were truly reassuring. We wholeheartedly trust Emma and wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again.
