Chaque animal est accueilli dans un environnement calme et propre, adapté à ses besoins. Je veille à ce que les espaces soient sécurisés, sûrs et propices à son bien-être. Je dispose d'une grande cours clôturé et d'un espace boisé derrière ma maison, avec des sentiers pour les promenades. About: Raised and trained animals of all ages for 15 years while helping reactive and rescue dogs build confidence through patience, understanding, positive reinforcement, and compassionate, personalized care. I’m currently available all day Monday through Thursday for walks, drop-in visits, pet sitting, and training sessions. On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, I work from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., so I’m available for bookings after 7:00 p.m. on those days. About: I was a foster dog mom for long periods of time. When someone around me gets a new dog, I’m the person they call for help and advice. I have taken care of multiple dogs at a time. I used to live in a community where dogs roamed everywhere and my house was one of their favourite hang out spots. They loved visiting my dog and I, as they knew they would get treats. I would sit and talk to them. I have a lot of patience and I believe that dogs deserve to live their best life, so I try my best to give them a lot of attention and love. I currently work in insurance full time during the week. My job is mostly remote and it is flexible so I could step away from my computer and go on a walk in the middle of my shift. I also occasionally work on the weekends at a respite center for people that have intellectual disability. I treat client’s homes with respect. I make sure that there is nothing unsafe laying around and that they have all that they need. If their pet stays with me, I once again make sure that the environment is safe. My house is always quiet unless the dogs are playing with each other. I don’t have a staircase so it’s easy for the dogs to roam around. I have a big crate if necessary but most of the time the crate is unused.

I have 12 years of experience with my own dog and have worked through reactivity, anxiety, fear of noises, and leash pulling using positive reinforcement. I have worked with multiple trainers over the years and have spent a lot of time learning about dog behaviour and psychology, which has shaped how I care for animals today. I pay close attention to body language and subtle cues like freezing, yawning, or disengaging. When a dog seems overwhelmed, I focus on helping them feel safe and settled by creating space, choosing calmer routes or environments, or redirecting them toward something grounding. With shy or nervous dogs, I always let them approach on their own terms and give them the freedom to take breaks or step away when needed. I also believe in balancing physical and mental stimulation. Along with fulfilling walks, I enjoy incorporating enrichment like sniffing games, confidence-building activities, and gentle training. These activities work well for high-energy dogs and can also help more nervous or shy dogs feel comfortable and confident. I have experience caring for large and small dogs, puppies, and senior dogs, as well as administering medication including pills, liquids, topical treatments, and ear drops. I am very comfortable following vet instructions and care routines, and I tend to be very organized and attentive to detail. Above all, I genuinely care about each animal’s wellbeing and individuality. I use patience, positive reinforcement, and observation as the foundation of my care, and I always do my best to make sure every pet feels safe, understood, and cared for. I’m currently a work-from-home professional so I am quite flexible time and space wise. I am available at virtually any time and can readily offer overnight care in your home while you’re away. With a persistent attention to detail, I frequently look out for when an animal is trying to communicate a need, such as them wanting water, to play, to eat, to be pet, etc. I always ensure they have fresh, clean water and that they are fed the appropriate amount and on time. I also like to spend quality time with them giving them belly rubs and and behind-the-ear scratches. I also look out for their safety by keeping things that might be dangerous out of reach as well as checking in on them frequently to make sure they are doing well :)

About: Je m’occupe de mes deux bassets à la maison, j’ai eu un élevage pendant deux ans où la femelle basset originaire de la Bretagne m’a fait une très belle portée dont les chiots étaient tous en santé. J’ai gardé le dernier chiot son nom est Rocky il est très gentil. Avec mes deux bassets, nous nous promenons deux fois par jour petite balade du matin et balade de l’après-midi on sort souvent pour des sorties d’une heure, dont le parc à chien où nous aimons vraiment beaucoup socialiser, et se défouler, nous aimons les autres amis, car nous sommes faits pour vivre en meute. Si je me déplace, j’effectue toujours une surveillance d’hygiène, nettoyage des pipis s’il y a lieu et remise en état de la pièce donner la nourriture, puis s’assurer qu’ils ont toujours de l’eau, jouer et aller dehors et faire les soins routine, lavage des oreilles, lavage des dents, lavage du poil, brosser le poil et s’assurer qu ils sont en pleine santé. Cela fait partie de ma routine avec mes deux chiens.
