She was very attentive to his needs, communicated well with us, and went the extra mile to go get him eye drops when he needed them for his irritated eye, buying the correct food when it ran out since we were on a long trip, and even bought us an extra bag of food so I wouldn’t have to go through the trouble of passing by the pet store while settling back in from my trip. Wow! Katya L, a pris le temps de rencontrer ma Goldendoodle Nala avant de prendre la réservation. Elle est très attentionnée et on voit qu’elle adore les animaux. Janice is absolutely amazing and a true dog whisperer! We were away for 12 days, which is the longest we’ve ever left our dog, Peanut. Since Peanut can get quite anxious with change, we were incredibly nervous—especially since Janice also needed to administer daily eye drops to her. Janice handled it perfectly, treating her like a member of her own family. She strictly followed all of her feeding and medical routines, remaining patient, calm, and understanding the entire time. We loved getting her frequent, reassuring updates and daily photos, which allowed us to completely relax while we were away. Peanut came home happy, healthy, and clearly well-loved.
