About: I have experience with a variety of dogs, such as a German Shepherd + Black Labrador Retriever Mix, whom I fostered and trained from 4 weeks to 4 years; an adult German Shepherd + Pitbull + Staffordshire Bull Terrier Mix, whom I fostered for 2 months and socialized (she came to us very afraid of people, primarily men); a Great Pyrenees puppy (~2-4 months old), whom I only fostered for a month, but was able to successfully leash, potty, and crate train; and most recently, a 3 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier, whom I fostered for two years and crate trained, leash trained, recall trained (some off leash training, although due to breed regulations this was not tested in public settings), and socialized (to other dogs, high prey drive meant no cats)- this dog was adopted and is now a farm dog (notably, a livestock guardian dog, not herding- putting the high prey drive to use)! I am very partial to American Staffordshire Terriers and bully mixes, and thus have a lot of experience with this breed due to overcrowding of them in Texas shelters. I have volunteered at multiple animal shelters and even helped socialize and generally train future service dogs. I’m a student with a flexible schedule! Can watch dogs on weekends, weekdays, holidays. I typically walk dogs in the morning and in the evening, when the sun isn’t so scorching. I keep a close eye on a dog’s body language to gauge their needs. My current apartment is not super dog friendly, so I usually stay at client’s home. This allows me the regular resources to optimally care for a pet.

J'ai vraiment l'habitude des chiens réactifs donc ce n'est pas un profil qui me dérange, au contraire! Je travaille désormais à temps plein à la maison donc je suis avec vos animaux en tout temps. Je participe également à des run clubs où les chiens sont bienvenus si votre pitou aime ce genre de sortie. Je vis seule et peux donc offrir toute mon attention à votre compagnon. Mon environnement est très calme, espacé et sécuritaire. Mes voisins ont malheureusement très peu de tolérance pours les animaux bruyants/vocaux. Il faut prendre en compte que je suis au premier étage si votre pitou a des problèmes de hanches et est trop large pour être porté. Il y a un très grand parc très proche pour se dépenser en laisse.
