About: (I speak French and english) Hi! I’ve been surrounded by animals since childhood, and caring for them has always been a natural and important part of my life. I currently have three cats who mean the world to me, so I truly understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your furry family members. I have recently completed my AEP in Animal Care and have been working in a veterinary clinic, where I continue to gain valuable hands-on experience caring for animals. These experiences have helped me develop a strong understanding of animal behavior, health, and the importance of providing calm, patient, and compassionate care. I’m especially experienced with cats, but I’m also very comfortable caring for dogs. I previously worked in a pet shop for two years, where I was responsible for daily animal care and provided services such as nail trimming. Through my experience, I’ve learned how to approach animals calmly and confidently, read their body language, and adapt to each pet’s individual personality and needs. Whether your pet is playful, shy, energetic, anxious, or simply needs a little extra patience and attention, I’ll always do my best to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I take pet care very seriously and will treat your pets with the same care and attention I give my own. I would love the opportunity to meet you and your furry family member! I’m right now working part time but might take this as my primary job. I want to acquire more experience and see how this can be better for me for the future. I’m a calm and patient person who makes pets feel safe and comfortable. I respect their boundaries, pay close attention to their body language, and never force interactions. I’ll take great care of your pets and treat them like my own. 🐾
“Irmak is thoughtful and caring. She is informative with her texting. She also helped with first aid on my dog. Although dog walking was new to her as we were her first client, she took on my powerful dog and had gained my confidence in her abilities :)”

About: Hi! I’m a bilingual (English/French) dog lover based in LaSalle. I grew up with a Golden Retriever as our family pet and have also fostered a puppy for six months, giving me hands-on experience with dogs of different ages and personalities. I’m reliable, attentive, and committed to making sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Whether it’s walks, drop-in visits, or companionship while you’re away, I’ll treat your dog like one of my own. I work full-time during the week, but I’m available evenings and weekends for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting. I’m committed to providing dependable care and making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I understand how important it is to trust someone with a beloved family member, and I will treat your pet with the same care and attention I would give my own. I take the time to follow each owner’s instructions carefully, maintain routines, and ensure pets feel secure and comfortable while in my care. I provide a calm, patient, and loving environment and will keep you updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away
About: I have many years of experience dealing with dogs & puppies - having had a couple of them myself. I treat dogs with love and care, always tailoring to each individual pup. I also have experience in dealing with reactive dogs and physical issues (tri-pods). I love spending time with dogs and making them feel happy and taken care of :) Just starting out on this journey - have always wanted to do this as I love spending time and playing with dogs … what better time to do this than now! I work full time but only in office Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday - I also live right next to my office so able to go home at lunch or at any time during the day! Other than that, home all the time! Lots of playing and cuddles! I live in a quiet neighbourhood, close to dog parks and green areas/parks. I can tailor to you and your dogs needs - whether your dog needs to be in a crate or not, special needs or requests, anything to make you and your furry friend comfortable!
☺️ -- Hello 🌷 My name is Lucile, and I’m a huge animal lover. I can’t wait to meet your little (or big) companions! I have several years of experience as a dog sitter in France, where I’ve provided in-home care, walks, and visits. I’ve also volunteered at a shelter in Nepal that’s home to nearly 150 dogs of all breeds and sizes. 🐶 Some have had sadder stories than others, but they all have plenty of love to give. I loved that time in my life and learned so much from it. I love taking care of dogs, playing with them, and going for walks, but I also respect their need for quiet time. I truly consider them members of the family. However, I prefer to care for just one dog at a time to ensure I give him all the attention he needs. I’m self-employed, so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule and availability. I can adapt to your schedule quite easily, and I can also be very attentive to your pets, taking them on several walks or outings each day depending on their needs or routines. I’m committed to talking with you to ensure your pet has everything they need, without any stress—for both you and them.

“I had a great experience with Catherine - she took care of my two cats while I was away, shared daily feedback and the photos! I’m sure I’ll ask her again when I need someone to look after them 💛”

About: As a 27-year-old full-time employee downtown, life can get a bit boring! One of my favourite things to do is bonding with animals. Every animal's specific personality leaves its mark on my heart. My services include dog walking, dog/cat/fish pet sitting, and overnight care. If your pet is shy, a cuddler, or thinks humans are beneath them, I am there to fit into their life and make sure you get updates to ensure your mind is at ease. I'm very comfortable with reactive dogs, making sure they don't chomp on anything they are not supposed to while on their walks, keeping them safe, and also sometimes sprinting with them when the weather permits! :) I'm happy to provide references, and very excited to meet your fur babies! I have a very relaxed job and so work from home most of the time, with a flexible work schedule that I mostly set myself (the rest of it is set by deadlines!) I enjoy being given a purpose to change my routine, so regardless of early riser/late sleeper, your pet and I can hang out when it is comfortable for them. My biggest rule is that I never want to stress your pets out more than they are already stressed out - they miss you already, why would we relocate them! I ask that you provide me with their usual routine and keep to it to ensure that your pet is comfortable. With cats and dogs, I make sure to keep a comfortable distance and let them smell and see me exist around them for a while before I attempt any contact. All we need is safety with animals, and it is my utmost priority :)
About: I work mostly from home, am reliable, caring and very active. I don't have a yard, however I live close to large parks and beautiful areas to go exercise dogs. My personal dog is high energy, we are constantly out for adventures. I am a dog trainer as a hobby, lots of understanding of canine body language/ behavior/needs, tons of puppy experience and I love high drive, high energy dogs. I work from home, can provide walks and exercise especially in the morning, the best way to start the day. During work hours, i can provide potty breaks whenever necessary No yard, but plenty of areas walking or driving distance to go move with dogs, no matter the weather conditions, dogs must move ! I do require dogs to be crate trained if they are boarding with me, mainly for safety should I need to leave them alone.
About: Since I was a little girl, I was in love with dogs. I would love to take care of your dog. I have taken care of many animals in the past such as my neighbours cats and dogs I’m currently working full time but I can definitely help out on a Sunday or even after work. It would be a pleasure to have the opportunity to have met you and your dog or cat I always make sure that the animal is taken care of with love. Also that the animal doesn’t feel alone, I would play with them and definitely meet their needs
“Vladyslava is an amazing sitter and has a clear passion for animals! She did drop-in visits for my two cats while I was out of town. Each day she sent detailed updates about how the boys were doing and spent quality time playing with them. I highly recommend her! She’s incredibly kindhearted and trustworthy.”

“Breanna was so helpful during my trip out of town! She stopped in every day on time and communicated effectively. The pictures and updates I got of my pet throughout the trip were nice and very thoughtful. I would happily book Breanna again for a future trip!”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a teenager! As someone who works in education, I love my work but nothing compares to hanging out with dogs, taking them for nice long walks and playing with them. I’m a lover of all animals and have taken care of cats, lizards and other reptiles as well in the past! I have lots of flexibility and open time to care for your animals! Specifically in the mornings and the evenings! Let me know if I can be of service 🫡 I’m currently working in a cegep, so much of my work takes place during the fall-spring school year, and my schedule is very flexible! I would love to incorporate pet care even more into my weekly routine! I start work quite late in the mornings, and have evenings free as well. I am able to adjust and adapt to meet your pet’s needs in the comfort of their own home and space, to help them maintain a sense of consistency and routine.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
