“Chiara was amazing with Marty. She taught him a new trick in few hours, how amazing is that! She was extremely accommodating of our schedule and maintained constant communication. I would highly recommend her!!”

“This was our first time with Harrison and it won’t be our last. We could see that our dog Yahtzee was extremely well taken care of. Harrison is a gem! We totally recommend him.”

“Paige was amazing for housesitting our dogs. She arrived on time, was asking all the right questions and sent us frequent updates throughout. We would love to have Paige dogsit again!”

“Ilya exceeded expectations while watching our cat Gracie for a week. They provided daily updates and photos and were very thorough in ensuring Gracie felt ok with our absence. Our cat is known to be a bit spicy but Ilya was patient with her. Ilya house sat during the week and the place was in great shape when we returned. I’d happily recommend Ilya and have them sit for us anytime!!”

About: I have taken care of dogs, bunnies, cats, for 10+ years. My strength has been in caring for animals with anxiety, nervousness, or shyness, and bringing them comfort and a positive environment. I am very good at reinforcing training for the young ones to provide them consistency and stability in their routine. I am gifted in reading animals and having a lot of patience, and a great passion for them. This allows me to connect with them really effectively and be able to create a safe and loving experience for your fur babies! Pet care fits really naturally into my routine. I work full‑time as an operations manager from home, which gives me a lot of flexibility during the day for walks, check‑ins, playtime, and just being present. I’m not rushing in and out between commitments—your pet gets real attention worked into my day, not squeezed in as an afterthought. I used to dog sit in my own home and absolutely loved it, but after moving, my landlord no longer allows pets. Continuing to care for animals in clients’ homes is my way of keeping that connection I genuinely miss. Spending time with pets is something I want to do, not just something I’m fitting in. Because my schedule is flexible, I can adapt to your pet’s needs—whether that’s midday walks, medication timing, extra companionship during the workday, or sticking closely to an established routine. It ends up feeling very natural and consistent for them, which I know makes a big difference. For me, pet care is a grounding, enjoyable part of my week—and for your pet, it means calm, reliable care from someone who truly enjoys being there! When I care for pets in your home, I treat it like it’s their space and their routine, not just a place I’m visiting. I stick closely to your instructions—feeding schedules, walk times, meds, house rules—so everything feels as normal as possible for them. I make sure they get plenty of attention, play, and comfort, whether that means active time or just being a calm, reassuring presence nearby. I’m respectful of your home, keep things clean and tidy, and always prioritize safety (doors secure, leashes on, food stored properly). I also love sending updates and photos so you can see how your pet is doing and feel totally at ease while you’re away. My goal is simple: your pet feels relaxed and well cared for, and you come home to a happy animal and a home just the way you left it.
“Kayla et son amie ont été formidables. Elles se sont occupé de mes chiens pendant 12 nuits et m’ont envoyé des photos chaque jour. Je la recommande fortement. Deux personnes géniales, ponctuelles, sympathiques et très gentilles avec les animaux. J’ai hâte de faire de nouveau appel à ces deux adorables gardiennes. Merci à vous deux.”

“Very helpful and caring person to trust your pup! Willing to accommodate what is best and very nice and warm approach. Got many pictures and updates. Definitely worth the experience and will book again!”

“Hiba was very attentive and caring for Boozer while we were out. She was so accommodating and was understanding about some concerns we had (a very scary experience with another Rover care giver). She put us at ease, and was a pleasure to work with, we would highly recommend her services! Thank you Hiba!”

“We cannot say enough good things about Amanda and Kerri. The most kind and caring dog sitters. Our dog absolutely adored them. They were communicative and took such amazing care of our girl. Would 100% recommend to anyone. We will definitely be booking again! Thank you Amanda and Kerri!!”

“Met with Rylan for an hour a few days before i was scheduled to leave town for an overnight trip and things were excellent right from the start. He knows how to approach and take care of dogs, and in my case it was dealing with a grumpy large senior of 13+ years. He took note and listened well to all the detailed instructions and care that the dog needed. He kept me up to date with any issues that came up while i was away and was an excellent caregiver. Fully recommend and plan on using his services again in the future.”

“Imani took wonderful live in care of my two needy Siamese for a week. Just the right amount of updates, a clean apartment, and great communication. I arrived home to a clean place and happy cats. Thanks Imani!”

“Marie a été aux petits soins pour Kaio. Elle nous a envoyé des nouvelles et photos régulièrement et a laissé notre appartement dans une excellente condition. Lors de son séjour Kaio a fait une de ses réaction allergique et Marie s’est empressé de nous avertir et a récupéré les médicaments de Kaio chez le vétérinaire et lui a administré ses cachets quotidiens. Je recommande vivement Marie et je ne manquerai pas de faire de nouveau appel à elle. Merci Marie !”

About: I absolutely love all animals, but I’m definitely a dog person! I’ve had my little Cooper for 9 years, and I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life. I’m currently studying for my DESS, which gives me free time and flexibility to go for walks, spend time at the park, or take care of your dogs! I’m quite active and can easily adapt to your dog’s energy level. In the past, I’ve cared for several pets for friends, including puppies, cats, and reactive/rescue dogs, and I also have experience administering oral medications. Dogs are one of the greatest joys in my life, and I would be more than happy to meet and take care of your 🐶. I’m currently studying full time for my DESS at HEC and have a lot of free time and flexibility. I live in an apartment in front of a park with a big terrace with my Shih Tzu who loves other animals. I have experience and am available for overnight stays as well!
“Breanna stayed with Monty, my 95lbs slightly anxious Bernedoodle while I was on vacation for 10 days and it was a fabulous experience. She’s communicative, attentive and obviously loves the heck out of Monty… and the feeling’s clearly reciprocal! She also knew how to handle his anxiety, his meds and his diet perfectly well. Highly recommend :)”

“Ekaterina est géniale! Trouver quelqu'un de confiance pour garder un chien anxieux et réactif envers les étrangers peut être difficile, mais son expérience en comportement canin m'a beaucoup rassuré. C'est une vraie professionnelle, en plus d'être toujours sympathique :) Je la recommande chaudement.”

Montréal-Ouest pet parents share their Rover experiences
Merci !

Megan is absolutely wonderful. We left our rescue who is not the easiest to care for with her over the holidays and felt completely at ease knowing she was experienced with reactive dogs. She sent us tons of photos every day, and left our apartment spotless. Would recommend her to anyone, she is a true gem. She was also flexible and able to stay longer when our flight home got canceled. So happy to have found her and will be booking her again without hesitation!
Sarah is an INCREDIBLE person to take care of your furry friend! She gave me detailed updates, was so thoughtful in her interactions, and gained the trust of my shy cat in no time! She has so much love for animals and I’m grateful my cat had her while I was gone.

Sarah is a responsive and responsible sitter. We had flight cancellations that prevented us from making it home on time, and she graciously offered to extend the duration of her visits so we could rest assure our cats were OK. THANK YOU Sarah for making a stressful situation much less stressful! Our cats were happy and the apartment was as we left it!

Our second time with Makena. She was amazing. Our backcountry canoe trip ended up taking longer than we expected, and not only did Makena stay an extra day to care for our dog, she also reached out to other family members who were not reachable via our Sat phone, letting them know all was ok. And on top of that, our very old dog was super happy and relaxed when we returned. Makena, our whole paddling group sends you a big thank you!

Crys was OUTSTANDING!!! My dog and I were so lucky to have found her! She dog sat in my home for 3 nights while I was away and not for one second did I worry - Bobi was in terrific hands! She went above and beyond sending pictures and videos from every walk and updating me about their day together. She is so sweet, kind and respectful and left my house immaculate! Thank you so much Crys, Bobi misses you and we will see you next time !! 😍🐕

This was my first time leaving Daisy with a dog sitter, and Harrison surpassed all expectations! He sent photos and communicated throughout the evening to ensure that I felt comfortable and knew my pup was having a great night! Will definitely continue to use his services for all future walks and dog sitting!

Devon and Ashely were so amazing with Tanner. He’s an anxious dog but when I came home I could tell he had been so well taken care of. They were so respectful of my home, followed my guidelines to a T, and kept me updated all along. Truly appreciate how kind and professional they were. Definitely will rebook them for my boy soon! 🙌🏼
