About: I've worked with many puppies and dogs including my own. I love working with puppies and helping them learn new tricks, as well as older fur babies that like a slower pace. I currently work from home with a flexible schedule which means your pets can get lots of undivided attention, playtime and walks, and will never be unattended. About: I’ve had cats and kittens all the time since I was 3 years old, along with other pets, including rabbits and chicks. My parents had a house in the mountains. Whenever we visited over the summer, I used to take care of my neighbor’s dog. It was always a thrill taking her for a walk every day. If she ever runs away from home, I would go after her and make sure she was okay before taking her back to her owners. Animals warm up to me, and I am very fond of them. I hope to be a veterinarian someday. The wellbeing and happiness of animals is very important to me. Seeing them well taken care of brings me joy and comfort, and it would be an honor to provide that care. I recently graduated from dawson college, and I started my first semester at Concordia this fall. I should be available any day, any time, since the majority of my classes this semester are online. I would rather take care of your pet in your home. I am very trustworthy, so you don’t need to worry about your belongings while I’m at your place. I will only be inside for the duration needed to get the job done. I will document my time with your pet so your mind is at ease <3

About: i understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big deal, and i don’t take that lightly. after years of assisting my vet uncle i actually became a pro fraternity cleaner ! my goal is always to make sure your baby feels comfortable, happy, and cared for while giving you total peace of mind. expect lots of love, attention, playtime, high pitch voice and of course loads of TREATS! i’m available for boarding on tuesdays and all weekends usually a i am still a student but of course i am open to anything in case of urgent situations to accomodate you. i live in an apartment so i spend a lot walking time morning and night usually. i also train my dog daily and have a specific schedule for play time and rest time throughout the day. i have a lovely puppy ocho who loves hanging out with new friends ! he has plenty of toys and treats ready to be shared right away.

“Sofia stayed at our home for three weeks, looking after our dog and our cat, as well as the home, while we away on vacation. She is very easy to communicate with. We received regular updates and photos of our pets during this period from her. Not just our dog, but surprisingly our cat evidently liked her and we could tell she was genuinely affectionate towards them and needless to say, she took very good care of them. About: L'un de mes premiers emplois a été dans un hotel spa pour les animaux. J'accueillais les chiens pour la garderie en plus de donner un coup de main pour le toilettage. J'ai eu un réel coup de coeur pour le comportement canin et j'ai suivi des formations pour approfondir mes connaissances. J'ai également toujours eu des animaux à la maison. Plus jeune, lorsque j'étais chez des ami.e.s et qu'on me cherchait, j'étais toujours avec l'animal familiale! Je suis sur Rover depuis 2023 :) Je suis travailleur autonome dans le domaine du cinéma. J'ai donc un horaire flexible entre mes contrats. J'apprécie prendre une grande marche lorsque la température me le permet, aller au parc à chien. Je ne quittes jamais trop longtemps la maison (pour faire un cours de yoga ou aller prendre un café). J'ai présentement un grand appartement sur le plateau Mont-Royal avec deux chambres fermées. Il est équipé avec beaucoup de jouets pour chien et une petite cours clôturée. Je suis à deux pas d'un parc à chien.

About: I believe animals are always communicating with us, and I approach pet care by listening first and responding with patience and care. I have 12 years of experience with my own dog and have worked through reactivity, anxiety, fear of noises, and leash pulling using positive reinforcement. I have worked with multiple trainers over the years and have spent a lot of time learning about dog behaviour and psychology, which has shaped how I care for animals today. I pay close attention to body language and subtle cues like freezing, yawning, or disengaging. When a dog seems overwhelmed, I focus on helping them feel safe and settled by creating space, choosing calmer routes or environments, or redirecting them toward something grounding. With shy or nervous dogs, I always let them approach on their own terms and give them the freedom to take breaks or step away when needed. I also believe in balancing physical and mental stimulation. Along with fulfilling walks, I enjoy incorporating enrichment like sniffing games, confidence-building activities, and gentle training. These activities work well for high-energy dogs and can also help more nervous or shy dogs feel comfortable and confident. I have experience caring for large and small dogs, puppies, and senior dogs, as well as administering medication including pills, liquids, topical treatments, and ear drops. I am very comfortable following vet instructions and care routines, and I tend to be very organized and attentive to detail. Above all, I genuinely care about each animal’s wellbeing and individuality. I use patience, positive reinforcement, and observation as the foundation of my care, and I always do my best to make sure every pet feels safe, understood, and cared for. I’m currently a work-from-home professional so I am quite flexible time and space wise. I am available at virtually any time and can readily offer overnight care in your home while you’re away. With a persistent attention to detail, I frequently look out for when an animal is trying to communicate a need, such as them wanting water, to play, to eat, to be pet, etc. I always ensure they have fresh, clean water and that they are fed the appropriate amount and on time. I also like to spend quality time with them giving them belly rubs and and behind-the-ear scratches. I also look out for their safety by keeping things that might be dangerous out of reach as well as checking in on them frequently to make sure they are doing well :)

About: Caring for animals has been part of my life for over 30 years. I’ve had experience with many different types of pets and understand that each one has unique needs. I’m comfortable giving medication, helping with physical therapy, grooming, and continuing training to keep routines consistent. I treat every pet as if they were my own, with patience, gentleness, and lots of love. I'm currently a stay at home mother, with my children in school. This allows me to have complete flexibility to meet your pets needs through out the day & including evenings. My home has a fenced yard, pets are welcome on furniture, crates are available if needed, and I provide close supervision in a calm, loving environment. Our home is a bilingual one. About: Ive been fortunate to have always been surrounded by dogs, cats, bunnies, and other animals at my parents rehabilitation center. I volunteered for the SPCA as a trained dog-walker for close to a decade and am unfazed by any behavioural /aggressive traits as I’ve fostered a range of rescues and owned seniors throughout my 20s.
