“Russell and their family took such fantastic care of our dogs for an extended stay (3+ weeks). We received daily photos and videos, and in them could see how happy our dogs were. They got multiple walks daily, and ran around in the backyard. As someone who has used multiple sitters and kennels, I think this has been one of the best experiences for our dogs. I would 100% recommend having Russell and family taking care of your fur babies; and will definitely use them again if we need dog sitting while in Montreal.”

From the start, she took meticulous care of his dietary and medication needs.Even when Spencer had a bit of a territorial issue, she was patient and understanding. Spencer also did great with her kids, which says a lot about the comfortable environment she created. She was very attentive to his no-jumping, no-running instructions, ensuring safe, gentle walks due to his new IVDD diagnosis ( we found out about it a week prior to Melissa boarding Spencer). On top of that, she sent daily updates and plenty of pictures, just as we asked especially considering we were a bit stressed due to the new diagnosis and Spence not at his 100% when we left. About: Ive taken care of cats of multilple breeds and ages for 20 years. I myself currently have 2 cat, i groom them both, and cut their claws. So i have lots of patience and understanding for your fur babies. With cats i prioritize space and respect for their territory. About: I grew up with 30+ bunnies in my backyard, and had 3 cats. My mom still has 2 rescued dogs and 4 rescued cats and 1 bird that i babysit sometimes while working from home. I currently live with my sister that has a small pugchi mix so i’m used to being the babysitter for her as well when she goes to work or on trips. I took care of 2 ex-boyfriend’s dogs that were a german shepherd and a golden retriever. All i need is for you to have reliable Wi-Fi i can connect to in order to work. Im able to give your pet attention throughout the whole day and go for potty breaks when needed. Walks would be before work, during lunchbreak and after work. I speak FR and EN. I can give you updates and pictures as much as you need to feel like your baby is safe. I’m a very calm person and would be working on my computer wether it’s a weekday or weekend so your home is in good hands. I can also do a house clean for a fee if you’re interested.
“Mehak was wonderful with Olivier also sent me regular updates and pictures…I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a sitter.,,Rover on the other hand is a different story, they actually tried charging me an extra 200$ because I was leaving my pet over Thanksgiving, again Mehak stepped in and was able to get them to cut the rate to around 100$ I had to unfortunately cancel the booking because of an error on my end and then Rover charged me 171$ for canceling my booking 4 days in advance”
About: I work mostly from home, am reliable, caring and very active. I don't have a yard, however I live close to large parks and beautiful areas to go exercise dogs. My personal dog is high energy, we are constantly out for adventures. I am a dog trainer as a hobby, lots of understanding of canine body language/ behavior/needs, tons of puppy experience and I love high drive, high energy dogs. I work from home, can provide walks and exercise especially in the morning, the best way to start the day. During work hours, i can provide potty breaks whenever necessary No yard, but plenty of areas walking or driving distance to go move with dogs, no matter the weather conditions, dogs must move ! I do require dogs to be crate trained if they are boarding with me, mainly for safety should I need to leave them alone.

About: Je m’occupe de mes deux bassets à la maison, j’ai eu un élevage pendant deux ans où la femelle basset originaire de la Bretagne m’a fait une très belle portée dont les chiots étaient tous en santé. J’ai gardé le dernier chiot son nom est Rocky il est très gentil. Avec mes deux bassets, nous nous promenons deux fois par jour petite balade du matin et balade de l’après-midi on sort souvent pour des sorties d’une heure, dont le parc à chien où nous aimons vraiment beaucoup socialiser, et se défouler, nous aimons les autres amis, car nous sommes faits pour vivre en meute. Ils ont été extrêmement attentifs et bienveillants, et leur chien Lewis a été un compagnon doux et adorable pour elle. J’ai reçu des nouvelles régulières, des photos et des messages qui m’ont vraiment rassurée, on voyait clairement qu’elle était détendue, heureuse et traitée comme un membre de la famille. Je suis tellement reconnaissante pour les soins qu’ils lui ont apportés, et je vais certainement réserver avec eux très souvent. Je les recommande chaudement!”
About: I absolutely love all animals and have been caring for my Bernese mountain dog, Walter, for 5 years now. It would be my pleasure to also care for yours while you are away. Any size or age are welcomed. As long as your dog is comfortable and friendly around another dog, cat and kid. :) We will have a blast! I am available for house visits from 9am-3pm on week days and your dog is welcomed in our home for a house stay anytime throughout the week. Schedules to be determined. I work part time from home and have lots of time for walks, dog park visits (if wanted), play and cuddles. On the weekends, we love to go hiking in nature. I have a fenced backyard with lawn. I also have a friendly male 5 year old Bernese Mountain dog who would love the company. We have an elderly cat as well and a 8 year old daughter. So it is important that your dog is friendly with others animals and kids.
About: I stand out as a dog sitter because I’m not just experienced. I’m truly passionate. As a mother who grew up with dogs, caring for them comes naturally to me. I’m home most of the time, so your dog will always have attention, affection, and supervision. My adult children also love dogs, creating a warm, safe environment. I’ve had four dogs back home in Lebanon whom I deeply miss, so I treat every dog I care for like my own spoiling them with love, long walks, and constant companionship. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine because I spend most of my time at home and don't go out often. This allows me to be present, attentive, and consistent with a pet's needs, whether that's feeding, walks, playtime, or simply keeping them company. I do have a few fixed commitments: I attend a belly dance class on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7:00 p.m., where I'm out for about two hours. I also have short commitments on Friday mornings at 10:30 a.m. and Sundays at 5:00 p.m. Aside from these times, I am usually home and fully available. Overall, my lifestyle is calm and structured, which I think is ideal for caring for pets. I'm reliable, attentive to routines, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I provide a safe, calm, and clean environment where pets can feel comfortable and cared for. I live on the first floor and have a small garden, which is great for fresh air and safe outdoor time. Everyone in my home loves dogs and has grown up around them, so pets are always treated with care and affection. I closely follow the owner’s instructions for feeding, walks, and routines, and make sure pets are never left alone for long. My goal is to make them feel safe, relaxed, and at home.
“Melody has been an absolute blessing! She pays attention to detail. She wanted to make sure that she knew my big girl: from his treats and his routine down to the way she likes to play. I never worried a minute while I was out of country because she had everything under control. It was such a comfort knowing that my girl didn’t suffer from our absence because Melody was covering her with showers of love. AND, she will update you as often as you’d like regarding your pets and their behavior. About: Je suis l'heureuse propriétaire de deux Boston Terrier ; d'une maman nommée Legacy et d'un sympathique bonhomme nommé Louis. Legacy (2020) est un chien reproducteur à la retraite depuis quelques années, tandis que Louis (2018) est une boule d'énergie. J'ai eu plusieurs chiens par le passé. Je m'occupe des petits amis poilus comme si c'était les miens ! 🩷 Ayant un horaire flexible, je peux donc me déplacer pour m'occuper de vos précieux ou les recevoir à la maison sans problème. Pour une marche ou une sortie rapide, je suis là 🙏🏼☺️ Votre toutou sera toujours sous mon œil et jamais laissé sans surveillance. Votre animal sera toujours en laisse lors de nos sorties. Je suis à quelques pas d'un petit boisée où de belles marches sont possibles et à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du parc à chiens 🐕 Sinon, nous avons une cour parfaite pour accueillir votre meilleur ami.
