About: Hi! I'm Andrea—a lifelong animal lover originally from a small town in Costa Rica where I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, horses, cows, pigs, goats, rabbits, and parrots! I only care for a small number of pets at a time to ensure each one gets personalized attention and feels right at home. When visiting your home, I’m respectful, responsible, and always treat your space and pets with care—as if they were my own. I stay in close contact, sharing updates, photos, and anything you need to feel confident while you're away. About: I have two dogs (one small and one big) and take care of them everyday. I love to watch them having the greatest time of their life when I walk them.They are part of my family and thanks to them I learned a lot about animal care. About: I only accept one family per appointment, and up to 4 cats being hosted at my house. I will keep them separated from my cats, so there is no stress between them. I have cared for severely ill cats so I can administer oral medication with no problem, clip their nails, play with them, and, of course, clean their litter boxes. I have had multiple cats since 2020, I'm very confident in taking care of them, reading their body language and understanding their boundaries. Currently I have 2 cats that are neutered, and super friendly (socialized with lots of humans and other cats). I can take care of cats in the evening and early morning, up to 2 vists per day. If you have cats and dogs it is okay too, I can walk your dogs on the visit and do all the other necessary things. When hosting cats at my house I will keep them separated from my own, and I work from home 95% of the time, so I can give them medication in the right frequency (if need be). For cats, I can have them at my place, or do drop-in visits. I'm very comfortable with giving medication, clipping their nails, brushing, and understanding their basic needs by their behaviour. If the cats are to be at my home, they will be in different room than my cats, so there is no territorial stress. I only take one family per appointment, so you do not need to worry about your cats being in my home with some other people's cats, all to minimize the stress level. For dogs I can do drop-in visits and walk them, sending photos and videos to the owners everytime. I only accept one family per appointment, so if I'm dog walking, it will be just from one household at a time.

Et je me suis dit : pourquoi ne pas le faire en bonne compagnie… avec votre chien? 🐶 J’ai un horaire flexible et j’adore les animaux (sérieusement, je les trouve tous trop cutes!). Que ce soit pour une courte sortie ou une bonne marche pleine d’énergie, je suis toujours partant! Mon objectif : que votre chien se sente en confiance (et ait du fun 🐾). J’offre des promenades de 30 minutes ou d’une heure, selon les besoins de votre chien. Comme je suis étudiant à la maîtrise, j’ai un horaire flexible qui me permet de bien intégrer les promenades à ma routine quotidienne. J’aime marcher entre deux périodes d’étude pour décrocher un peu, alors c’est toujours un plaisir de planifier mes sorties selon les besoins du chien (et de son humain!). Je m’assure toujours que votre chien se sente en confiance avec moi. Mon but : qu’il passe un bon moment, en toute sécurité, dans un environnement qui lui est familier. 🐶

About: I love animals with my all heart, cats are my specialty but I love dogs - small or big. I'd love to get a big dog eventually, but I cannot give one the proper life and care right now. As a pet owner, you can trust that I will respect and honour your boundaries with your pets. I make sure my cats have daily playtime, and get the stimulation they need. They get treats to reward good behaviour, but not daily. I brush them weekly, trim their nails weekly and scoop the litter twice a day. For cats I make sure they feel secure with my presence - respect their territory and boundaries. I always ask the owners what are the house rules and what their personality like to better respond to their needs.

About: I have experience with pet-sitting for family and friends. I have interacted with both pups and elderly dogs. As well as easygoing and or headstrong dogs. My best approach to any type of canine is calmness and patience. I have some knowledge of dogs’ body language and am highly conscious of their moods when interacting with them. I am a very active person and love walking, so not only are the furry friends having their fun, I am too. I have plenty of time at the moment, and my schedule is flexible. I can do home visits and walks from 7 am to 11 am or 3 pm to 8 pm. When it comes to pet care, I will always follow the owner's instructions.
