Mari was blessed with also being able to share the life of a sweet elderly French bulldog for several years, Anthony’s beloved companion for 12 years. Anthony has experience fostering 3 dogs (large mixed breeds). Over the years, we have also taken care of our friends/neighbours' cats and dogs when they were away for a few days. It would be our honour to be involved in taking care and loving your small pets while you are away for work/vacation, and make sure that it is a stress free time for all, as we know from having had several petsitters over the years the importance of finding one that is trustworthy to be in your home and to attend to the needs of your furry kids. We come with some "special" expertise (thanks to our previous lovely companions giving us lived experience, and the extensive readings we have done on those topics) regarding dog training, behavior management, CDK, cardiac disease, IBD, picky eating, post-surgery care, UTIs, pancreatitis, food allergies, arthritis, senior care. We can administer oral medications, including piling or syringing, subcutaneous fluids, transdermal (ear) medications, eye drops, nose sprays, and prepare meals according to your specific instructions, as we know that you know your pet best. We love cuddling with lap cats and dogs, going on walks in the neighborhood, and playing with pets. Looking forward to getting to know you and your little(s) one(s)! N.B: We offer drop-in visits/walks in time windows and are not able to guarantee an exact arrival time as it might vary each day based on our work schedule/other pre-existing engagements/weather conditions and transportation, unless the time selected is medically required. Drop-in/walk times might go a bit under or over the number of minutes booked depending on the needs of your pet on that specific day, but we make sure to always average out the visit times so that you get at a minimum the full amount of minutes you paid for (unless you specify otherwise). Mari works from home, so she can come and visit your pets up to 3 times per day. She has limited availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but might still be able to do 1-2 visits on those days. Anthony has classes in the morning Monday-Friday. We do not offer care in our home due to our building policies. However, we are happy to come to your home to look after your pets, in the environment they are the most comfortable in.

About: J'adore énormément les animaux (petits, gros, à poils, à plumes et à écailles) et j'en possède depuis plus de 17 ans. J'ai deux chats présentement à la maison, j'ai habité pendant 2 ans avec un gros chien (Zoé labrador-husky), j'ai déja eu un petit chien (Miko pomeranien) pendant 6 mois en famille d'acceuil et ma famille possède 3 chiens (Lucille labrador, Gustave berger australien et Milo doodle). J'aime beaucoup être à l'extérieur et prendre des marches même en hiver alors pourquoi ne pas combiner ces deux intérêts pour rendre service et faire le bonheur de tous. J'aime être en leur compagnie et en prendre grand soin. Je suis une personne respectueuse et soucieuse de suivre les recommandations spécifiques à chaque animal. About: I only accept one family per appointment, and up to 4 cats being hosted at my house. I will keep them separated from my cats, so there is no stress between them. I have cared for severely ill cats so I can administer oral medication with no problem, clip their nails, play with them, and, of course, clean their litter boxes. I have had multiple cats since 2020, I'm very confident in taking care of them, reading their body language and understanding their boundaries. Currently I have 2 cats that are neutered, and super friendly (socialized with lots of humans and other cats). I can take care of cats in the evening and early morning, up to 2 vists per day. If you have cats and dogs it is okay too, I can walk your dogs on the visit and do all the other necessary things. When hosting cats at my house I will keep them separated from my own, and I work from home 95% of the time, so I can give them medication in the right frequency (if need be). For cats, I can have them at my place, or do drop-in visits. I'm very comfortable with giving medication, clipping their nails, brushing, and understanding their basic needs by their behaviour. If the cats are to be at my home, they will be in different room than my cats, so there is no territorial stress. I only take one family per appointment, so you do not need to worry about your cats being in my home with some other people's cats, all to minimize the stress level. For dogs I can do drop-in visits and walk them, sending photos and videos to the owners everytime. I only accept one family per appointment, so if I'm dog walking, it will be just from one household at a time.

Brisa did an amazing job with my 2 cats while I was traveling for a month, providing daily check-ins and even going out of her way to buy them treats when they ran out.
