Over the past several weeks, I have regularly cared for a friend's dogs on weekends: a 5-year-old Husky and a 1-year-old Chihuahua. Although they havenot received leash training and can be quite reactive, I have been able to manage them successfully during walks. Through patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement, I have noticed improvements in their behaviour whenever I work with them. This experience has encouraged me to pursue dog walking more seriously.
