Leaving your pet with someone is never easy, but she made the entire experience feel safe and stress-free. She constantly updated me with messages and photos, which meant so much. I never once had to wonder how Lumi was doing. It was clear he was comfortable, happy, and completely at ease with her. Seeing how much he loved her was the biggest reassurance. She is patient, attentive, and truly cares about the animals she looks after. On top of that, her pricing is very reasonable for the level of care and communication she provides.
