Victoria was also flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. Upon meeting her, it was clear that she cared for animals and would do her best to ensure a smooth, enjoyable stay for Finnegan. As this was my first time using Rover, I wasn't expecting much considering this was a last-minute booking. However, this could not have been a better experience.
