I’ve always had a deep love for animals, and caring for them has been a lifelong passion that continues to bring me joy and fulfillment every day. I live an active lifestyle and enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it's going on daily walks around HRM or longer hikes through the Cape Breton Highlands. For over 15 years, I’ve been a volunteer foster parent with the SPCA, helping animals transition into loving forever homes. I provide them with medical care, socialization, litter box training, and the love and attention they need to thrive. I also volunteer with Elderdog Canada, supporting seniors with their animal care needs including walks. I currently work full-time from home which gives me the flexibility to check in on your fur baby throughout the day and provide consistent love, care, and companionship. I'm comfortable with animals of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. When house-sitting, you can rely on me to also care for your plant babies (I have 35 of my own!), collect your mail, and keep your home tidy.
