“Mark & Evangeline were awesome with Zimba. They took very good care of him for the 2 weeks that we were away, and made him a part of their family. They sent us daily updates with pictures and short videos. They gave Zimba his medication in a timely manner, and followed his regular routine. When we picked him up we noticed that he was happy and well taken care of. Mark & Evangeline are the best sitters we have had so far and I would highly recommend them. About: I grew up on a farm so I have been taking care of animals of all shapes and sizes since I was small. We have always had dogs and cats around the house and the farm and we learned the importance for caring for and loving animals. I have always been the go-to pet sitter for my friends and neighbours. More recently, I have taken care of a whole litter of puppies while my friend was away on vacation. My passion for animals has sparked me getting a dog of my own which has led me to experience all the joys that come along with puppies and dogs in general. I would be so happy to meet your lovely pet and get the chance to take care of them for a bit! I’m currently working full time as a teacher but I am free after school hours and on weekend to take care of your fur baby! I have a very friendly dog to keep your fur baby company if they like other dogs. If they prefer one on one attention that is no problem either! I am very flexible and accommodating. Making sure your pet feels safe and comfortable is my number one priority!

“Ryan was fantastic with our two big rescue dogs while we were on vacation for two weeks. They are usually very nervous around men and it normally takes them quite a few visits to warm up to someone new. They will usually bark at strangers, but Ryan won them over right away. They were happy and relaxed the whole time and very well taken care of. He was quick to respond whenever we wanted check-ins or updates, but he never overdid the messaging, which was perfect. They have even seen him once more since the initial boarding and the dogs were beyond excited to see him again. Total tail wags, pawing for attention, and going in for kisses. You could just see it on their faces. I guess he just has that special touch. He definitely leaves a lasting impression! One of the best sitters we have ever had. Highly recommend and would book him again in a heartbeat. 10/10!”

Overall a fantastic experience boarding Kiwi. They were polite and timely with their communication. I appreciated the flexibility they demonstrated to accept Kiwi into their home, as well as the frequent cute video and picture updates. Kiwi looked like she was right at home.
Christine was great— she is clearly so experienced with dogs, and was very patient and calm with our (sometimes tricky) senior guy. He even had a little injury on his foot and Christine handled the extra care with ease. Our pup seemed very happy and chill at her place and she kept us updated throughout his stay. Nina had a great stay with Ryan. I was a little nervous as this was my first time booking a dog sitter to go on a trip abroad. Ryan sent me pictures of Nina while I was away, which reassured me she was having a good time. Upon my return, I picked up a very happy and relaxed pup that clearly enjoyed her own little vacation. I will definitely try to rebook when I plan my next trip.
Kate was amazing with our dog, Ladybug! She was super responsive and accommodated all of our requests and walked Ladybug multiple times a day. Kate sent pictures very regularly, going above and beyond for us. This was this first time using Rover and the first time leaving Ladybug, so our anxiety was initially pretty high-Kate made us feel totally at ease. We will not hesitate to send Ladybug to Kate whenever we need to travel in the future.
Gigi was amazing with our dog, Arizona! She followed all of our instructions so carefully and was great about administering our dogs’ anxiety medication/keeping us updated about how she was doing during her stay. Our dog has severe separation anxiety and can be a handful, so we really appreciate finding a sitter who understands her little quirks and makes us feel comfortable leaving her. Thank you, Gigi!
Thanks Trish for the excellent care that you provided Bea. Before leaving her, I had some concerns because it was my first time and Bea's young age but Trish send updates informing of how she settling in. I was soon relaxed and able to enjoy my grandson's graduation. I would use her services again.
Felicity (& Gail) were incredible with my rather nervous girl. My dog is very selective, and within mere minutes of meeting Felicity (who was going to be the main caregiver) in their home, Lizzie was sprawled out on the floor and happy to let herself be touched. They stayed in contact, kept me updated, and after 8 days, I picked up a very happy & tired doggo. Would recommend, and will absolutely return to them for future needs.
My dog, Nova had a great time with Melissa! I will definitely book again with her soon. She was easy to talk to and sent me lots of updates and photos to let me know how my pup was doing Melissa and her family have a beautiful backyard which is a Haven for dogs! Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
