⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We left Chikoo with them for a few days while we were in Toronto, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. ❤️🐶 Chikoo came back happy, relaxed, and exactly like himself—we didn’t notice any changes in his behavior, which told us he truly felt at home. 🏡 They took great care of him and followed all the instructions we gave. They were incredibly cooperative, kind, and treated Chikoo like he was part of their own family. 🥰 We ended up extending his stay by a couple more days, and they were more than happy to keep him. Briagh was amazing right from the initial booking process to picking up the dogs. She was responsive and put our minds at ease when leaving our dogs with a sitter from rover for the first time. We were able to meet up for a quick meet and greet ahead of time so they would be ready for their first overnight away from us. Our dogs definitely were well taken care of and we got updates throughout the night with photos. We would highly recommend staying with Briagh and will use her again in the future!
They all took wonderful care of Wellington. He tends to be an anxious dog, but they were patient with him, and he was able to settle and warm up to them. He also was scared of stairs, but again, they were patient, and by the end of the weekend, he was going up and down the stairs without any issue. I would not hesitate to book in with them again!!
