About: I grew up on a farm so I have been taking care of animals of all shapes and sizes since I was small. We have always had dogs and cats around the house and the farm and we learned the importance for caring for and loving animals. I have always been the go-to pet sitter for my friends and neighbours. More recently, I have taken care of a whole litter of puppies while my friend was away on vacation. “Ryan was fantastic with our two big rescue dogs while we were on vacation for two weeks. They are usually very nervous around men and it normally takes them quite a few visits to warm up to someone new. They will usually bark at strangers, but Ryan won them over right away. They were happy and relaxed the whole time and very well taken care of. He was quick to respond whenever we wanted check-ins or updates, but he never overdid the messaging, which was perfect. They have even seen him once more since the initial boarding and the dogs were beyond excited to see him again. Total tail wags, pawing for attention, and going in for kisses. You could just see it on their faces. I guess he just has that special touch. He definitely leaves a lasting impression! One of the best sitters we have ever had. I have a few consistent commitments throughout the week, but am happy to work with you to figure something out :) When looking after your dog, I want to be sure I know everything there is to know. What toys are their favourite, do they take medication, and how much food do they get? For walks, it is important to me that they have the appropriate gear to keep them safe (like a harness and a light if it is night). I'll treat your baby like my own, and I promise I'll keep them safe! I have a flexible schedule as a grad student working in research roles. Taking dogs for walks is a great add-on to my day as fits wonderfully with my active lifestyle. I will not offer services in my own home. In your home, I will discuss the location of all necessary items, if areas are off limits, and who to contact for an emergency. I will be sure to understand your dogs' needs and your rules.

We couldn’t leave the pup in the camper for that long but needed somewhere for him for a few hours while we went to the Maritime museum. Everything worked out perfectly from drop off to pick up. We hope to make life easier for pet parents by providing reliable and compassionate pet care support, whether that means checking in on your pets while you’re away, caring for your pets during vacations, or helping with dog walks while you’re at work! Between the two of us we have lots of flexibility to accommodate different routines. We have a car and can come to you on weekdays and weekends. Open availability on Fridays and weekends and available for walks and check-ins through Monday-Thursday in the mornings and evenings. We’re comfortable adapting to the pets needs and making them feel the most safe and comfortable by treating their space with respect and following their lead. We’re used to meeting and building rapport with new animals regularly and like to adjust our care based on owner/caretaker comments and instructions and the pets energy levels and demeanour.

About: I've lived with cats and dogs for most part of my life and they are the big reason I got into pet care. Being a rescue dog owner myself, I understand the need for outdoorsy time for fur babies. I currently only provide dog walking as I live in an apartment, but can drop in as necessary. I'm available full time on weekends, and can work with a schedule on weekdays. I can board other cats from Friday to Monday, but can drop in on mornings or evenings on weekdays. I'll try my best to accommodate any requests you have. I don't do boarding for dogs, but can come to your place and take care of them. I can also do overnight for cats/dogs at your home, depending on the situations.

About: I grew up on a farm so I have been taking care of animals of all shapes and sizes since I was small. We have always had dogs and cats around the house and the farm and we learned the importance for caring for and loving animals. I have always been the go-to pet sitter for my friends and neighbours. More recently, I have taken care of a whole litter of puppies while my friend was away on vacation. My passion for animals has sparked me getting a dog of my own which has led me to experience all the joys that come along with puppies and dogs in general. “Ryan was fantastic with our two big rescue dogs while we were on vacation for two weeks. They are usually very nervous around men and it normally takes them quite a few visits to warm up to someone new. They will usually bark at strangers, but Ryan won them over right away. They were happy and relaxed the whole time and very well taken care of. He was quick to respond whenever we wanted check-ins or updates, but he never overdid the messaging, which was perfect. They have even seen him once more since the initial boarding and the dogs were beyond excited to see him again. Total tail wags, pawing for attention, and going in for kisses. You could just see it on their faces. I guess he just has that special touch. He definitely leaves a lasting impression! One of the best sitters we have ever had. About: Since a I little girl I have loved all sorts of animals. I have had everything from dogs, to amphibians to reptiles! though i have never personally owned a cat, their company has been something i’ve always adored when visiting family and friends. As well as, I have worked with large animal veterinarians for the last two summers learning to care medically and compassionately for all sorts of different species. I am home the majority of the time when not in classes. My classes are few and far in between with lots of time to hangout with your animals and give them the best care. As someone who has owned high maintenance reptiles, I know how to follow relaxed and strict care for all animals. Your routine will be followed accordingly and to the pets benefit!

If you prefer your dog to be cared for alone, that is also not a problem.
