Have provided a variety of one-off care for multiple other clients. My husband & I have recently moved to Banff and we are missing our doggo-time! We would love a furry friend to help keep us company. My husband & I both work at Mount Norquay. We predominantly work on weekends however our availability will be variable and flexible each week. We lead active lifestyles, but also love relaxing at home. Our home is pet-friendly, having been curated for a curious pug (no longer resident here). We have a combination of carpet and hardwood floor depending on your furry friend's preferences. We would be happy to lay down additional rugs if required. Our garden is fenced. We have internal and external stairs.

About: Hi folks! I’m very lucky to have a lot of experience taking care of pets—I've had my own cats and dogs, and I've also looked after some amazing and quirky farm animals! Over the years, I’ve done plenty of pet and house sitting for others (friends, family, and lots of pet-sitting website users), so I’m used to keeping pets happy and making sure everything runs smoothly while their owners are away. I’m comfortable with all kinds of animals and always make sure they’re well cared for and loved. *please note I do not offer pet-sitting in my own home, as I have a cat who isn’t a fan of other animals! **I also usually require at least 48 hours notice to book pet-sitting and dog walks, as I have a very packed schedule! I work part-time in town and am usually pretty available Monday-Friday. I’m flexible and can fit in some dog walks almost daily, but the times may vary depending on the time of year! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always make sure to stick to their usual routine to help them feel comfortable and secure. For dogs, I make sure they get plenty of exercise, whether it’s walks, playtime, or backyard runs. I also give them regular meals, fresh water, and lots of attention. For cats, I stick to their feeding schedule, keep their litter boxes clean, and offer playtime to keep them engaged. I treat each pet as if they were my own, providing plenty of affection and monitoring their well-being while their owners are away. For dog walks, I’m always on the lookout for potential hazards and making sure lots of energy is expelled! Maybe a trip to the dog park if appropriate, or a good long walk along the river or up Buffalo Mountain. Happiness, exercise, and good health are the goals, for both the dogs and me!

About: I’ve taken care of my friends dogs and cats ever since I was around 12. I love all animals and I think they’re a gift to this world! I’ve dogsat while traveling as well which has been very nice since I can’t quite get my own dog yet until I’m settled down. I’m working in Banff full time as a server so I’m able to provide care to your dog or cat either before or after my shifts :) I will treat your home and pets with respect. I love giving dogs loads of attention so they will never be bored but if they need their space I can also give them that!

If you want a very affectionate person who will cuddle your dog(s) to death, then I’m your girl! My names Alex, and I have lived in the bow valley for acouple of years now. I know how nice it is to travel and get away but the guilt of leaving your pets is shitty. I have a fenced in back yard and front yard! Depending on the pets energy level I either take them on a short walk or to the dog park.

About: Pets have always been a part of my life. I have owned 2 large mixed breed rescue dogs and walked many kms with them. Friends & family have left their dogs & cats in my care while on vacation. About: Hi, I'm a 25 year old wildlife conservation graduate from the UK. I currently have lots of free time and am looking for dogs to join me on my walks. I grew up on a smallholding, looking after a wide variety of animals before moving on to study wildlife conservation at university. Part of my degree I studied animal behaviour with lectures and practical lessons on dog training and behaviour. I've grown up with dogs since the age of 5 and am extremely comfortable around any dog. I haven't done this type of work before, however have a great knowledge of Canmore trails and know a wide variety of walks from walking my friends presa canario and my partners rescue dog. I'm very reliable and honest, I will always show up to any booking I have and give my 100% to make your pet loved and enjoy their time. I’m currently not working after a shoulder injury, I have lots of spare time and am available to work around any schedule you need me to I can’t provide boarding at my home. I can provide a service at your home and take on the usual walks and day to day routines your dog is used to, plus any extra walking you’d like.

About: I grew up with my dog, Kiku, from when I was born until I was twelve. I have experience dogsitting on long-term stays (ie., last year I took care of a dog for a month at the owners’ home), and I also have experience administering different forms of oral medication on a schedule to dogs. About: I took a break from Rover due to a busy work schedule but am back and excited to host your doggos! I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I love to spend time with awesome dogs by taking them for walks and hikes! All doggy day care includes at least one 5-10km hike/walk or a combination of two 3-5km walks. I have experience with all breeds, particularly working dogs - cattle dogs, Aussie shepherds, border collies. My own dog, and best friend Metsä is an 13 year old blue heeler and I understand the level of activity and mental stimulation working dogs need. Metsä receives a minimum of 2 hours of exercise per day. I am keen to meet new people who have dogs of all breeds who could be new friends for Metsä and me! If you are interested in dog walking and would like to set up a meet and greet ahead of time, this may be possible. When I am not travelling for my job, I work from home full. Metsä and I love having another four legged friend at home to go for a nice hike with. I work from a home office and always have your dog in the room with me during the daytime hours. When we go on a walk and out for bathroom breaks your dog will remain on leash at all times.
