“We couldn’t be happier with Caitlyn’s care for our dog, Rivers. Rivers can be reactive, and Caitlyn handled her with so much patience, confidence, and kindness. She did a trial overnight with her before our trip, which immediately put us at ease. While we were away for 11 days, Caitlyn sent daily photo and video updates, and it was clear Rivers was comfortable, well cared for, and having a great time. Coming home to a happy, relaxed dog says everything. We’re so grateful to have found Caitlyn and wouldn’t hesitate to book her again or recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and communicative sitter.”

About: Hi! I’m Hannah, a 26 year old Canadian living out in Banff National Park for the past 4 years. I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember, and caring for them has always felt like second nature to me. Back in high school I started working in dog daycares through a co-op program, and quickly realized this was exactly what I wanted to do. From 2016–2022, I worked in different dog daycare and care centres across Ontario, gaining over 5 years of hands on experience working with dogs of all personalities, sizes, and energy levels. I treat every dog like they’re my own, and I want both pets and owners to feel comfortable and confident knowing they’re in good hands. I service the Banff and Lake Louise areas. I look forward to meeting you and your pets and giving them all the love and attention they’re used to at home! Warmly, Hannah Pet care fits really naturally into my routine. I work a regular 9–5 job from during the week, but my evenings are usually pretty quiet, which gives me lots of time to dedicate to pet care, walks, playtime, and keeping pets company. Living in Banff also means I already spend a lot of time outdoors and staying active, so caring for dogs fits perfectly into my lifestyle. I am unable to provide pet care in my own home, but I can travel to the client’s home to care for their pets. I offer services such as dog walking, outdoor exercise, potty breaks, playtime, feeding, and lots of love while the pet remains comfortable in their own environment or outdoors! :)

“Alex was a great dog sitter to our beloved greyhound. Our pooch has always been anxious around strangers but he was very comfortable around her. Alex was also very accommodating to our drop off and pick up times and great at keeping in touch with us. Would highly recommend her!”

“We appreciate you taking care of Apple while we visit the Banff Gondola in the morning. The location was great and conveniently close to our hotel. We also appreciated the quick update on Apple after we dropped her off.”

“Stephanie was absolutely fantastic with our special little guy! This was our first time using Rover and we were rather nervous, as we are pretty careful about who cares for our little guy. Every worry quickly disappeared as our little guy ran into the house and quickly made himself at home. Stephanie was so attentive to him and even sent us pics of their time together! The next day, our little guy headed straight for Stephanie with his tail wagging. We felt incredibly lucky to have found Stephanie and without hesitation would recommend her. The care and attention our little guy received was beyond outstanding! Thank you Stephanie!”

“David and Candice took amazing care of my rescue pup, Diesel! They are experienced with handling rescue dogs that need a little extra patience and kindness, and I’m so impressed with how well he settled in, even on his first day. They sent plenty of updates which helped relieve my anxieties and know he was in good hands! Would absolutely love to book with them again.”

“Laura is absolutely reliable and the best pet sitter. She’s attentive and took the best care of my dog. She took walks, and provided everything needed for my dog, even a dog bed and bowls which I had forgotten. I will definitely bring my dog again to Laura and have a piece of mind all day!”
