1. Lyndsie B.
“Thank you so much to Lyndsie and Dierk! I received regular updates of their time together. He was regularly walked and well cared for. My place was left clean and tidy and could tell my pup was happy! Highly recommend!!”
2. Stacey O.
“Ollie was THRILLED to have Stacey and her sidekick Fred spend time with him again. He walked, practiced tricks, wrestled, indulged in doggy treats, tried new doggy toys, fetched, got lots of snuggles, grooming and rest! Stacey went out of her way to accommodate our last minute request for help and we were so grateful. I don’t think Ollie even missed us! She updated in regularly with pictures and highlights from their adventures together. Stacey has become our “go-to”dog & house sitter.”
3. Ryan H.
“Ryan was great to deal with. He responded promptly while setting up and communicated and sent photos during his stay. Will definitely use him again.”
4. Matheu W.
“We booked Matheu to look after our home and dog, April for 9 days during Christmas but we wanted to do a trial first to see if he was a good match. We tried this last Friday and I have to say that everything went well. He listened and follow all the routines, he was friendly and April seemed very happy when we were back home. He is definitely our person for next time.”

About: **Please see notes at bottom of profile for extra info** **Radius for house sitting is up to 100 KM, Drop in visits and Dog Walking must be within 10 KM of Tuscany NW Calgary** Rover only allows you to set up one radius - we are willing to drive up to 100 KM to dog/house sit where we will be staying. Half hour to 1 hour dog walks and drop in visits need to be in a much smaller radius. We are a clean, responsible and reliable couple with 1/2 of us early retired, and the other that works remote. We love dogs, the trust they give you, walks, cuddles, playing brain games with them, and generally the company of them! We cared for a doodle for 14 ish months and learned a lot about food allergies, ear care for infections and how/where to hide pills so he would eat them! We enjoy exploring new areas of the city and house sit along with dog sitting! If we are caring for your furry family member, we send pics and video updates so you can relax and be worry free while you are away from home. We look forward to connecting further with you to see if we are a match for each other in caring for your home and/or dog while you are away. References are available upon request as well :) ***** Please see a couple of important notes that we were not able to select when setting up our profile***** *One of us has terrible allergies, so, we limit our dog care to those that have hair rather than fur* *Puppies that we board at our home must be fully house trained* *Re: Dog walking & drop in radius - profile set up only allows one radius; we would travel quite a ways to house/dog sit; but dog walking and or drop ins need to be within a 10 KM radius of Tuscany, NW Calgary *We accept dogs that are not aggressive with other dogs* *We generally only accept ONE dog from a family at a time, however - if we have a crossover booking outside of Rover - we will advise you (and ensure dogs would enjoy being around one another for a day or two crossover) prior to accepting a sit. No surprises! My name is Mairi - I am a retiree. My husband, Michael, is a web developer that works from "home" Due to how often we are in and out of the city, it would not be fair to have a pet of our own, but, we love dogs and this seems like it could be a very symbiotic situation. We have references upon request from people who trust us to spoil and love their dog while they are busy, or travelling. We pet sit to fill our hearts with dog love and give someone the peace of mind knowing their dog will be: spoiled, have full run of the house, cared for, played with and mentally stimulated while you are away. *We are non smoking* *We appreciate a home that is neat and clean and will be sure to leave your home the same for you upon your return* We will care for and spoil your dog(s) as our own, We are happy to follow routines the pets are used to. We treat our clients home as if it were our own. We appreciate coming into a clean home and will ensure we leave it clean as well.

About: I have trained 2 rescue abused puppies, as well as 2 rescued kittens. I have also taken in animals of all forms and love them all including reptiles I currently only work till around 1:30-2 most days so am free to do anything in the afternoon and will do anything you request with your animals! Anything that you need to feel comfortable leaving your dog with me I will gladly be able to provide you as we all know the anxiety of leaving your fur baby’s with a stranger can bring on the fur parent guilt.
7. Elizabeth K.
“I highly recommend Elizabeth for pet sitting! She took amazing care of my 3 cats and was super accommodating even though we were last minute with the booking and we had a lot of animals for her to board. Very easy to communicate with, responsive and you can tell she has experience and compassion with animals. It was also great to have updates and photos from my cats stay which Elizabeth provided. I would definitely use her services again :)”
8. Parker B.
About: I love making pets feel at home and have fun with them I always want them to feel comfortable and I have a gentle touch with them that they seem to love. I have been taking care of my own or friends/ family’s cats, dogs, hamsters, fish, Guinea pigs, ect for about 6-7 years of my life and I love it I am currently working a part time job however in the summer we don’t work as much so I will have lots of free time to come and play with your animals and give them some company/take them for walks I can take your dog/dogs for multiple walks a day bring them to the park and can let them sleep with me if wanting overnight or put them in crate as needed. For cats I can let them outside on or off leash if you do so. And I will stay outside with them and watch them to make sure they are safe.
9. Teaghan S.
“Teaghan was great with my dog Klaus and gave him so much love that he was sad to see her go! She followed the commands that he knows and made sure he was eating good and using up his energy during the day. She was professional in her interactions with me and showed experience in working with dogs. Klaus and I would both be very happy to use her help again!”
10. Carmen T.
About: I have taken care of our own pets from birth through to senior and end of life stages. I enjoy active outdoor time with pets, as well as quite indoor cuddle time. I work part-time, on my own schedule, from home. This gives me plenty of time and flexibility to care for pets any day of the week. I do not have any pets currently, so your pet will receive full attention in my home or yours. They will be taken outside on leash for bathroom breaks and walks as the yard is not fenced. They will not be left outside on their own.
