About: I grew up on an acreage with dogs, cats, as well as horses! I am currently in distance-learning college and do not have any pets of my own anymore, but miss them so much. I’m very comfortable around animals and would love to have them be apart of my life again. My experience includes care for dogs from the puppy to senior ages. I apologize for the lack of photos with pets, I haven’t had any pets since I moved out on my own in 2021, plus I’m playing with them, not taking selfies ;) I am in college for nutrition counselling. My schedule is Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm, with 2 breaks, allowing ample time to care for your pet! We have a fenced back yard as well as lots of walking trails right out our front door for plenty of walks. I am able to crate your pet if needed. About: We always had dogs around growing up, but the majority of my experience has been with my own dog, Kit Kat, who I have raised from a pup to now being 10 years old. I'm also a happy mum to an elderly cat and two rabbits. Having intimate knowledge of how to care for many different types of animals means I'll be best able to care for yours, like they are my own. I work from home so it's easy to work around any type of schedule that your pet might need, including feeding times, walks, etc. Whatever makes them most comfortable. About: Ever since I was younger, I remember caring for animal well-being. I helped my mom with her boarding facility by watering and feeding the horses and helping with dewormer/medication. When I could throughout high school, I did pet sitting here and there for both cats and dogs as well as farm animals. I’ve also volunteered in several shelters around Red Deer, Alberta. I have taken one year of veterinary medical receptionist and have worked in a veterinary clinic for over a year. I am now enrolled in the veterinarian technician program and will be taking that for the next two years.
